I like the maintenance guy(young) , and his mother was super friendly and very welcoming The rest of the staff in the front were barely professional. The young lady was friendly. The guy (main manager) was unprofessional all around.

The time of check-in they put me in a horrible room on the first floor. The beds were pissy , and the smell was unbearable. I used the room phone to call the front desk, file a complaint , but the phone was not working. . I called from my personal cell and asked her to come look at the unacceptable mess of a room. I asked for a new room on the first floor and she said yes. After going into my new room it was clean and smelled good. I guess they were going to throw me and my family in a filthy room and expect us to stay. No way!!!! Then I asked for new sheets ,and blankets but the rude guy says he didn’t have any. Ok. That like KFC saying “ we have no chicken “ but still open. But for the most part it turned out to be an ok stay.

Room was clean and nice. Location was close to what we were doing. Desk staff was nice.

Beds were way to high. All the people in our group are just barley over 5'. We could not comfortably sit on the beds. We had to climb up into them. If we had small children upto about 8 years old, we would have had to help them up everytime they wanted to sit on the bed. My feet did not reach the floor when I Sat on the bed.

Waffles and awesome coffee. Excellent location and quiet away from road noise but right off a easy exit from the freeway.

The elevator lives up to the review. Bangs against the walls as it goes up. Took the stairs from the third floor from then on. Stairwell could really use a paint. Hotel looks great otherwise.

My stay was beyond amazing best experience I have ever had at any hotel. The front desk employees that worked the evening of 7/23 and morning of 7/24 was very accommodating and kind. I had a last minute reservation the staff had a room ready and it was very clean. This place literally saved my birthday plans because I had a reservation issues at another hotel. Thank you so much!

Always keep in mind that this hotel was going through a renovation. Once done, in my option was relativity great.

a little worried about side door not shutting all the way. Had to manually shut the door all the way.

Pool was nice and really pretty at night. The area was not bad at all and very convenient to stores and fast food restaurants.

The breakfast area was run down and didnt have many options to choose from at all. We ended up driving 10 mins to a really nice golden corral.

The room size was excellent and it was quiet also it was easy accessible

There's nothing really to complain about that we we didn't like it meant our expectations

Hot Breakfast was included, 6am to 9am. Came down for breakfast at 6:40 and it was not ready, only cereal and muffins, coffee and juice/fruit was set out

the walls were very thin, so you could hear your neighbors doing everything, but over all it was a nice stay, great location and less than 20 minutes from attractions.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast consisted of cereals, fruit, waffles and yogurt. We enjoyed our stay.
