Large rooms with updated furnishings. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. Grab and go breakfast due to renovations in progress had excellent options. Self serve keurig coffee was better than what is usually available at motel breakfasts. Good value and would stay again.
Stayed in double suite. TV in bedroom would not connect to service and phone was not working. Walked to front desk and they did not have a solution to either issue. Beds are really high and my 74 yrs old mother struggled to get on. Only one luggage trolley. Long walk to rooms so more trolleys would have been helpful. Other than that, good value and excellent location. Would stay again.

The guy at the front desk was very kind and friendly. I felt safe at this location after talking to him. The outside had me skeptical and I thought the hotel was going to be horrible. But the facility is going through renovation. The room was great. New flooring and spacious. Hopefully when all the renovations are done, the hotel will be beautiful.
I didn't like that the pool and laundry room were closed. But they are being renovated also.

There are renovations happening when we were there, so the normal mess that comes with that is something to consider. Breakfast was limited to juices, coffee, cereal, and pre-packaged snacks like yogurt and muffins.

The breakfast area was out of many items. Had to ask the desk person to have it restocked. We booked on line and accidentally asked for a pet friendly room. It was AWFUL. The smell was overwhelming. Made us sick to our stomach. We requested another room. After about 10-15 minutes finally “found” an available room. The next room was fine.

When we walked in the hotel the place smelled fresh and clean. They are renovating the building and once it is completed it will be even a better place to visit on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. It's our new stopping point to and from our destination. The breakfast was pretty good and free! The staff was friendly and informative.

The only thing was as soon as we checked in they decided to treat the pool so no one could swim. They were one of the reasons we came a day early was to swim. Could have done it way before check in, instead of when everyone was checking in!!

There was not enough towels either for the swimming pool or for our room when I needed them but they tried to get some towels at the end. In the end it was not too bad.
