Brand new hotel in a new complex of restaurants including a steak restaurant, Mexican, pizza, and brands including Dixie Queen, Chick-fil-a and Starbucks. Nice big rooms, immaculately clean and fully equipped... apart from a room safe! Good breakfast for this type of hotel. Ask for a room the opposite side from the Interstate! But generally a nice place albeit a little pricey for a 3 star.

Just a couple of downsides apart from no safe are; AC unit is to noisy and powerful. It runs like crazy when it's above temperature then stops, then off its goes again. Would be nice if it just ran slow and continuous.

Breakfast was great. the way we expected it to be from great reviews. First day we meet the guy at the front desk very friendly and nice. Then when we left the hotel and came back from dinner He welcome us back with a smile. We enjoyed our trip. Leaving the hotel the girl at the front desk and another employee there Sunday morning was so refreshing and pleasant. They started our morning off with a great start. What a great stay we had. Thanks for everything!!!

We loved the stay, liked everything The trip was worth our while. We were able to accomplish what we came there in the city to do. Had so much fun! site see, got with friends, good food, and visited the Tennessee Aquarium.

Clean, modern. Helpful staff. Jason great. We stayed there on our way to Florida in December. My wife left 2 pairs of black pants by mistake. We returned 2 months later and Jason had them in lost and found. Wife was very happy. Thanks Jason!

Room smelled kinda musty. Maybe carpet.? Breakfast was not set up at 6am . Very minimal to eat . No milk. Empty refrigerator. The guy working in breakfast kitchen not very helpful or communicative.

We initially had reservations at the Days Inn by Wyndham Chatanooga Lookout Mountain West. When we arrived at the Days Inn it was extremely unclean and unfit for a weeks' stay so we cancelled our reservation there and searched for another hotel. The Hampton Inn Chattanooga East Ridge allowed us to check in within the hour. We were very happy and satisfied with our accommodations at the Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and spacious. We are planning a return trip to Chatanooga soon and plan to stay at the Hampton Inn Chatanooga East Ridge.

Jacob is a valuable person in your staff I waited to ask him a question and over heard his conversation about local attractions and he was overall a very amazing person even when I asked him a few questions he was attentive in checkking if we needed anything. The rest of the staff was very sweet also!!

The bed is very hard and uncomfortable other than that everything was great.

This was a remarkable hotel stay. The exceptionally friendly, helpful staff went way above and beyond to make us comfortable. We arrived around 10 pm and my husband wanted some milk, but there was none for sale in the snack area. The wonderful check-in clerk went to the kitchen and got us some- and seemed HAPPY to do so. The next morning at breakfast (which was great and kept restocked all the way til 9:50- it ends at 10), one mom asked what kind of bread was on the buffet, and the server did not know. She understood and seemed fine with that, and her child ate something else. The server came back within a few minutes with the answer- he had called to find out. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, courteous…all the things you’d want in a hotel staff. The hotel itself was very nice, new, clean, modern…lovely patio with a fire pit off the dining area. But the staff sets this place apart by miles. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Chattanooga.

I have stayed for continuous 3 days, but they didn't assign the room service to clean the room daily. I have expected that they will clean my Bathroom, Bed and Trash once I left for the work. Even I have requested to clean the room on my second day while leaving for my work, but somehow they have missed my request.

Clean, new/renovated location. Nice staff. Would stay here again. 9/10 Enjoyed the firepit outside.

The breakfast wasn't bad but wasn't great. My kids usually love the waffles at hotels, but they were too gooey for all of the guests the morning we were there and wouldn't cook throughout. Coffee had lots of grounds in it. Bathroom floor was very sticky upon arrival. I wiped it down with a towel and it helped a bit but still sticky during our stay. Wish they had done hardwoods or tile in the whole room. Would still stay here again.

Fantastic location to shops, medical clinic, Top Golf, Ax Throwing, and restaurant next door was fabulous. The pool was great, and our room was clean and modern. Great place to stay for overnight or for several days.

Hotel and room were fantastic! Clean and very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was better than most others.

The Booking.com app quoted me a different price than what I was asked to pay at the hotel. I don't think Booking.com accurately represented what the final price would be.
