Very clean, comfortable and modern. Great price, too. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Katie, our bartender/waitress for dinner was exceptional and made the best gin and tonic! Tas, our waitress for breakfast was also exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another night. We will definitely remember this place.

I booked this hotel for my grandparents to take a mini-vacation somewhere relaxing and nice. The hotel was super accommodating with the reservation process as I was not actually going to be there to check them in but wanted to ensure my card got charged for the stay. They were very responsive and helpful with all of that. My grandparents enjoyed their stay here so much, they had nothing but good things to say. They said the hotel was beautiful and very modern. They loved their room and said that they had 3 or 4 windows in a corner room and were able to see the lights at night and had such a nice view of the city. They enjoyed that it was close to the attractions/restaurants, etc. The hotel did not have complimentary breakfast but my grandparents said they did get breakfast at the hotel and the amount of food they got was well worth the price and it was delicious. I will definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone else. FYI - there is Valet parking at the location that is a little more expensive but a garage right across the street that was about $10 a day. Thank you for giving my grandparents a great experience here.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Big thank you to Account Manager Ricardo Greene. He helped me get out of the parking garage when the gates stopped working due to a storm knocking out the Internet controls, and he was so helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Lashanda was really nice and helpful too.

Not enough lights in the room unless you opened the curtains. Also, the floor was dirty and with no carpeting, it should have been clean. I asked twice for the body wash container to be filled and it wasn’t. The third time I asked, they gave me individual bottles, which was fine. Also, I had to ask for coffee packets as they weren’t replaced when the room was made up.

the property was very nice and new. Love the large room. we had a double bed room and the bathroom was large. the staff were so helpful and very nice. Everyone was great.

I didn’t like we had to pay for parking, We did Valet parking. There was a garage across the street and it was a fee every time you would go in and out. you would have to pay each time you enter no matter how many times a day. that a lil crazy. The hotel should work out agreement or contract for 1or2 floors for their hotel a day, even if they drop the charges to 1/2 the price $15.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was walking distance to town. When you walked into the room you could just tell that it was a nicer, cleaner hotel than most.

I didn't research very long before booking on my way to the hotel, so it may be my fault, but I didn't realize parking/breakfast wasn't included in the much higher price than the previous hotel I stayed at. We felt a little out of place walking in after driving from the beach, which was confirmed by some looks from an employee.

It was a very nice hotel. Almost all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Hotel was very close to Trolleys if you were planning to take a trolley tour

I didn't like the blinds in the windows, we had a corner room with 3 large windows and those blinds were difficult to move up and down. Also, the room definitely needed bigger trash cans, 3 days in the same room and we had to carry trash to larger trash can in the hallway. Wasn't a quiet room, being on the corner we had 4 streets of city traffic to listen too.

Parking garage directly across the street. Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. The location was right off the highway (make sure to use cross walk). Room was quite large (double room with two queen beds). Plenty of storage. Keurig machine and small fridge was nice. Check in was VERY easy and the clerk was friendly and covered everything I needed.

There was a bar across the street that had some late night guests (2 am - 3 am) who were pretty rowdy outside our window. The interior was very quiet though. I never heard anyone in the hall or next to us. Room was not cleaned while we were there (which I know is the norm for many hotels these days).

Staff was excellent, Friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Location was very good, close to trolley station and some great restaurants. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day, The Waitress and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Bedside light / electrical outlet did not work on one bedside. Remote for auto shade stopped working the second night. and they ran out of regular coffee pods for the room coffee maker. We instead had coffee and the restaurant, and it was excellent.
