Not a breakfast eater, only tried once. Nice selection of freshly prepared items. Location is excellent. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom. Happy Hour was a nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff.

No full service restaurant for lunch or dinner. No full service bar with good quality liquor options. Sofa in the sitting area of room appeared worn and soiled. Room service menu had few options and limited availability.

September 2023

We missed breakfast the first morning and attempted on our last day. We waited in line to make an order for an omelet, there were 3 seperate people placing an order in front of us ( it was busy). When we got to the kiosk to put our order in the cook leaned over & said it will be 40mins before we would get our order yet he didn't say that to anyone before us or after us. Like I said it was busy....I don't think it was a race thing because he was also black. Nonetheless we went to I hop......sorry this is what I didn't like. What I did like was check in, it was awesome . We were told about where to park, breakfast and the complimentary 2 drink in the restaurant and we were also given a list of other places we could eat in walking distance.

The room was clean & really nice but there wasn't a good connection in our particular room, there would be drop calls due to the bad connection.

The breakfast was top. Everything was clean and pleasant, just perfect. However, the price is also correspondingly high. We were lucky and got a special offer, but otherwise it is not so cheap. But the hotel is worth it. Very close to Savannah's historic district, which is wonderful to explore on foot from the hotel.

the fireplace did not work! A request to the hotel: please fix it!!! It's a shame to have something so cool there and have it broken!!! I would almost be inclined to deduct a point because of this. We decided to stay at this hotel after seeing the photos on the internet and seeing that there was a fireplace. ...... ... To the hotel manager: Please have the fireplace repaired! and we will come again!

Service, cleanliness and food service were excellent , however the furniture in the room is in need of some updating. The room was very clean just showing furniture wear. Air conditioning was somewhat noisy.

The staff was amazing, the hotel itself was grand even though it was dated it was perfect for us. It could use some fresh paint and new carpet. Breakfast was great. The bed was the best thing about our room.

The sofa it needed to be on the side of the road. We had no comfortable place to sit down. Two straight back chairs and a rolling desks chair that would put you on the floor if you leaned back was our choice. I expected more from Embassy Suites. We left a day early, we did not complain about this to anyone only because they had a 24-year-old employee die at the front desk on the 2nd day of our 5-day stay, I could not bring myself to add to their problems.

The breakfast food , and selection was delicious. Additionally, the evening happy hour was excellent. They both saved me some money. I also loved the fact that they did not exclude the children out, and even had nonalcoholic drinks for them.

I didn't like the fact that they forgot about my housekeeping on Sunday. I requested housekeeping that Saturday night. I had to call the front desk to ask a second time, and they sent someone within an hour as promised. In ending, the worker did an excellent job.

Best continental breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Room size was awesome for my 5 person family. Clean rooms. Impressive lobby and facilities.

The hotel hallways were a bit hot almost like the air conditioning wasn’t on. I was only aware of it when we were waiting in the hallway for maintenance to finish changing the filter on our air conditioner unit in our room. And although the parking was very convenient, the fee for parking was a bit excessive in price; especially since the price for the hotel stay was already a bit higher than others.

We liked the large room. It was walkable to downtown, but not right in the middle of everything

The music in the lobby was terrible. It was way too loud. It wasn't to our taste, but I could have gotten past that if it wasn't so loud. The free reception was useless to us as you couldn't have a conversation with the horrible, loud music.

The hotel location is great and you can walk to the historic district. The breakfast was phenomenal and the lobby was beautiful as well. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The rooms are a little dated and the carpet is worn. also, the pull out sofa bed was in horrible condition and not fit for use and needs replaced!

Excellent location

There is a happy hour every day, which they say that it consists of 2 free cocktails and some chips: we’ve got one and no chips. We had a reservation for 3, but found that there was nothing prepared for our child (no linen, no bed prepared), breakfast is good, but tables are quite dirty, there is hardly anybody cleaning around during breakfast. There was a microwave, and a kitchenette, but no cutlery.
