The young lady that checked us in was friendly and very attentive to our needs. the property was very well kept and the room was extremely clean and exceeded our expectations. the breakfast also was perfect. we will definitely keep this one in our favorites. not only was the facility very clean and always smelled fresh but our room was immaculate.

there wasn't anything not to like about this facility. the room was a little pricey but other than that i was so much better than our original location that we had booked. there were no surprises here at least not bad ones.

everything was clean, staff was great, breakfast was great as well.

I do recommend having grits with breakfast as well something you guys didn't have. I have a nephew he's a baby but he likes grits he couldn't enjoy breakfast with us because there was nothing for him to eat and also I've been twice to this hotel. I strongly recommend not having teenagers walk around by themselves with profanity coming out of their mouths.

I checked in with my husband and 2 children; ages 8 and 11. The hotel was really clean and the staff was really nice. The indoor pool opens early and closes late, which doesn't happen at other hotels, but gave us time to utilize the pool. I did not eat breakfast, so I am not sure how that was, but everything was nice. The staff members were very kind, friendly and accommodating.

Everything was nice. I can't say that there was anything that I did not like about my stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent price, and convenient location.

The bed frame was creaking, very loud sound just for simply sitting on it. There was no place to hang wet washcloths. The windows were super thin; guest can hear all traffic driving by as well as the loud fireworks from Stone Mountain. The elevator was a bit sketchy in that it gave off a rumbling sensation during some of its lifts; I believe maintenance had to be done at one point because something was possibly unsafe. Lastly, the toilet seemed to sit very low to the floor, and the shower door made a loud screeching sound when opened.

I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable. The only draw back would be the need for more seating besides sitting on the bed. And the wall are thin, but it was no problem with resting without interruption. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.

The elevator is a little bumpy when it starts but everything was great! No reasons to complain. From check in to check out, everything was great!

We loved the customer service we recieved at night. We enjoyed late night pool access and the cleanliness of the motel!

However, we were told the pool closed at 12 and we needed to go. It was exactly 12am and we were leaving by the security guard. Had a stain on my bed and due to the late check in had to switch the sheets myself.

Check in was quick and the employee was very sweet. Nice spacious room...like room enough for me to do a cartwheel if i wanted to. I got the top floor corner room away from others and it was sooooo quiet! I didn't get in the pool but it was slightly heated and clean!

The toiletries in my room were clearly used, and the outside of the bottles were dirty. Not a big deal, but details are important! There was also hair in my bed...I'm bald sooooo...🤔

Great location, right next to Stone Mountain so after a long day at the park it was just a short trip across the street basically. Staff was helpful and provided late night food options.

The breakfast selection could have been a bit better but it was still yummy and included some hot food.

The room was exceptional, there is no carpet (nice flooring) or curtains (pull down blinds ) which definitely keep down any lingering germs. The bathroom is nice, like the updated stand up shower. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The no noise after 10 pm sign really helps, very quiet anyway. When we first got there on a Sunday, the hotel smelled clean, which was so refreshing. The staff , from front desk to housekeeping were very nice and friendly. Overall the grounds of the hotel were great . Our housekeeper "Jose" was very good, made sure I gave him a monetary tip. I had an opportunity to see how the cleaning of the rooms get done, looking for our housekeeper "Jose" - the wipe down and mopping is good. Also, the holiday decorations were so nice, gave me some ideas. And the fireplace is so cute and very inviting. Would recommend this hotel to all that are visiting or just need a get away.

I think that an extra chair in the room would be good. The only chair is the desk chair. The shower could probably use a safety bar as well.

It’s very convenient and really close to Stone Mountain Park. The property was nice and our room was clean.

It wasn’t about the property but the staff put us in a room right next to a family with a baby. I was pretty sure there were plenty of available rooms that night. The family turned TV on all night and the baby cried most of the time. I was able to sleep just because I was so tired. The wall is thin, so we heard TV sounds and baby cried all night. Please considering this when customers check in. If there are choices and other rooms available, don’t put other guests next to a room with babies. We want good rest. Thank you
