Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Atlanta - Tucker Northlake, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was great, the pool allowing us to enjoy despite our late arrival was amazing to get our kids' jet lagged wiggles out was amazing, and the comfort of the room was superb. Dove soap plus lotion and JR Watkins shampoo and conditioner were a surprising luxury! And the clean smell of these products had already saturated the room which was so nice to enjoy throughout the whole stay. The best stay I've had at a Holiday Inn Express, and I've stayed in many for military travel over the years.

Rooms had typical ingrained dirt in the carpeting and rogue hairs in the shower. The biggest bummer was not being able to receive a military discount on the reservation. I am not sure of the ins and outs of applying the discount, but I was expecting that option at this stay.

The pictures do no justice to explain how gorgeous this place was. Coming from a prior Hilton gold member - the space, staff and quality well outnumbered any Hilton space I’ve used within the last year! Cece and Mario at the front desk (and the two we had interactions with that we didn’t get their names) ALL made this experience beyond a pleasure! 11/10 would definitely recommend.

Everything felt new, modern, and clean. I actually hesitated with choosing this hotel based on the name, but I have zero regrets. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was more on the continental side, but it it did have a pancake maker and hot oatmeal. We didn’t leave hungry at all.

The room was clean! Very clean! Very spacious! Only complaints I have is that I didn’t have any towels when I arrived(front desk brought them soon as I called), and parking is very limited. You have to park next door if none are available!! I would most definitely be booking Holiday Inn Express from now on!!!

Parking lot needs to be expanded!!!

Large rooms, quiet location, free breakfast, Dove products in the bathroom and nice pool area.

Side sleeper, so bed was a little hard but not terrible.

The desk clerk Luis was very helpful upon check in. I had called a day ahead of check in because I had made an error in my reservation and he took care of everything and assured my mind that all would be well and it was. I also requested a late check out and the morning clerk was very accommodating as we were there to have cancer surgery. Excellent staff!!

Check-in was easy and fast, and the staff was very warm, kind, and thorough. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

Team into a few smokers outside the hotel entrance. That is a no smoking area, but they didn't seem to be the kind of people who care.

I did like the space people with kids the pull out is a great addition

Where the body mirror is there isn't much lighting; people need to see how they fully look with better lighting the bathroom light from behind you won't cut it

Easily accessible and good quality. There wasn’t a long wait while getting food.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean, and it was pretty quiet around nighttime so it was easy to sleep.

the cleanliness the rooms were nice. bed and pillows comfy, the fact their were dove products in the shower room were a plus. this will be a place of stay for me

the fact there is a $100 hold on your card. I definitely don’t agree with this concept.
