Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Room was recently renovated and very nice. Hidden gem, especially for the price. They also offer made to order food delivered to the room and after an all day event it was nice to be able to go back to the room and not ha e to worry about finding a place to eat. Its comfortable and quite and far enough of the road and highway that there is no road noise.

For the price, absolutely nothing.

loved the price esp for it being that close to my job. the location is great bc of all the choices of food around.

bc the place is very busy, the parking was always hard to get when I get off work (I get back around 9-10p). also there was only 1 elevator handy to me. when I stayed on the bottom floor, it wasn’t an issue but the 2nd and 3rd floor was a little bit of a hassle having to drag the bell cart around the whole hotel. the walls were thin so I could hear everything that goes on outside and the blankets are super thin so I ended up buying a blanket to be comfy one.

The stay was great everything thing went very well, the property was clean , rooms was nice and tidy. The bathroom was clean the television worked perfectly! It was a great stay😃

The only problem the toilet got clogged and I had to unclog it my self. It was late but I got it unclogged.Walked to the front desk after putting my clothes back on , the lady at the front desk offered to change rooms or give me an incentive for the inconvenience. She was great I was a maintenance man a few years ago so I was comfortable taking care of the issue.,Did not have time to get the incentive but will definitely consider staying again!!

The best thing about our stay at this hotel was the service - second to none! Good service is so difficult to find these days, and any person who was manning the front desk had the same courteous, friendly, professional, helpful attitude. Says a lot about the management.

The room was a bit outdated. I was fortunate to have a charge block with two outlets for cords so that my daughter and I could both charge our phones on the night table between the beds. But the room was clean - couldn't complain.

The cleanliness was a breath of fresh air. The location was perfect for me to spend time with my husband while he works I'm definitely coming back.

Only that the carpet does need to be shampooed. But honestly it wasn't that serious to be a put down.

I loved that it is a quiet area but very close to get back on I-85 and it’s close to food and gas. the property is very well lit and has cameras, so we felt very safe especially having the kids. Our check in guy was absolutely amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I did not catch his name but will letting management know he was super awesome. parking is included with stay. Hotel room was clean and can’t beat a 55” screen tv!!! 😁😁😁

I don’t have anything to dislike.

So the room was set up very nice. I was very impressed with the space in the room. It was very comfortable in the room. The cleanliness of the room made me really good with my choice in hotels.

The only thing I think you should change is the soap. It was very hard and took a minute to lather up before you could wash your hands.

Bad timing with neighbors. Kids have fun but it seemed like there were 10 of them playing in front of our door til midnight. But is no fault of the establishment.

It was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, no smells, we had a massage chair that was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the toilet was the perfect size, and the water pressure was good and hot.

The parking lot could use some attention as it was a little bumpy

the price was very affordable compared to neighboring hotels. it wasn’t too far from the airport and right off the highway. They offered early check in which was $30 which I gladly paid because I didn’t want to sit around for 5 hours until normal check in time. Room was clean bed was comfortable had 4 pillows which I found to be a huge plus. room had a mini fridge and a microwave which helped. wasn’t fancy but had everything you needed. I stayed in room 223 and I would definitely stay again when I’m in the area visiting.

sometimes the water temperature would fluctuate in the shower but it could of been because of low temperatures outside and snow. But it was still hot enough to be able to take a full shower.
