Breakfast was nice and wifi was stable. I will say Ms. Denise went above and beyond to help me during my stay! I came to your property to take my Law School Admission Test. The room I was initially assigned was terrible. There was mold in the AC unit slats and the room smelled of cigarette (I am severely allergic). I informed Ms. Denise of the situation and she had me immediately go downstairs to provide me with a room that was MUCH cleaner and did not smell. Denise did this all with a smile and showed the utmost professionalism and kindness. Give that wonderful lady a raise because she was amazing!

The housekeeper wasn't really up to par. I went out and brought cleaning items because the bathroom smelled like urine when I came in and the original room that I was supposed to get on the fourth floor smelled like cigar smoke. So I just cleaned the bathroom and wiped off the table which still had sticky stuff on it and cleaned the room down with lysol and clorox. Then for the rest of my stay I just told the cleaning person to give me clean towels because there was no need for her to come in there since she didn't do a good job in the first place. After I settled in and cleaned up the room I was good.

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendliest staff ever! Very accommodating. The breakfast was perfect, great eggs , sausage and biscuits, waffles,oatmeal ,toast ,muffins, coffee juices yogurt fresh fruit. It was delicious. 4 teens and 3 adults stayed and had a great time.

How short my stay was...wished we could stay longer. Also, the pool hours could have been later. 10pm was too early for my teens. But we loved the pool area and had it to ourselves most of the time.

the tvs aren’t smart tvs had to watch random channels and there was no usb connection to charge my phone other places have at least the usb plug to the people’s convince and def would stay here more if tvs were smart tvs

The rooms were comfortable and clean, everything worked fine and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was close to town for shopping and restaurants.

I think the cost was very high even for a weekday. I've stayed at similar places for less. The elevator was not working on the day of check-out (but was the other days) so being on the 4th floor it was fun bringing the luggage down. Things happen and of the times I have stayed there this was a random thing, so not so much of a complaint as it was an inconvenience.

I liked how cleaned it was kept on the outside. The parking was also good.

I hated they were extremely short staffed. Thank God for Crystal who worked the front desk who really looks out for us. I felt it was crazy how many things she had to juggle all by herself.

It was quiet and easily accessible to the place where I had the function I attended!

Who ever cleaned room 315 before I occupied it did not check the bathroom to see if the toiletries were full or empty from the last occupants!

Breakfast, location, air conditioning all great for the price. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Walls were thin but the other guests were quiet so it was just noise from the ice machine and tv next door

I love the new upgrades in the rooms. Check-in and out were easy and quick. We felt safe. It made us feel like we were staying at a higher rate hotel.

The bathroom had some mildew. Also, the halls smelled of smoke, although it was non-smoking.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Facilities clean and coffee hot.

The only issue was breakfast was not restocked when biscuits, eggs, and sausage ran out. They have to remember some guest were from different time zones.
