Hampton Inn Thomasville

The hot breakfast buffet offered scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey sausage, waffles and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Nice and fresh selection. The location of this hotel is close to where we needed to be, so very convenient. Above all, the rooms are spacious, well designed, and comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need and is spic and span. Highly recommend this hotel, it is well-run and the staff is friendly and professional.

The breakfast was excellent and well kept

The room was good, I was on the 2nd floor and whoever was above it sounded as if they were coming through the floor. The continued all throughout the stay. The location of the room wasn’t good, I could hear every conversation, when the ice dropped and everything around.

Breakfast was great, host was wonderful staff was courteous and kind. Maintenance did a good job getting cable back working.

Relocated down the hall or upstairs. Too much hall noise. Too close to laundry room and elevator. I could hear the noise from the elevator control room through the wall at night and in the early morning hours.

I only stay at Hampton when I go home. The property is always clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. One young lady that I had the privilege of meeting, who "beautifies" the rooms was Angela. She worked very hard to make our room comfortable. All of the staff works hard, but rarely do I meet them. Thank you all for another great stay!

the breakfast was awesome both mornings. the lady who prepared the food was so happy, upbeat, and welcoming. rooms was very clean and comfortable! pool was heate! we will come back and stay again

Clean nice and quiet.

Did not like the staff called my room 10:30 at night to tell me that they made a mistake at check in that I need to come to the service desk. They could have waited to tell me in the morning.

The beds are always comfortable.

The staff here is always very welcoming. My only complaint would be some of the housekeeping staff needing to be a bit more aware of hallway noise with allowing the doors to slam on the locks when they are checking rooms to clean. Sometimes it is way Super early like 9am when that knock is on the door when checkout isn't until 11 or 12 for extended checkout. Otherwise, great work Hampton!

Breakfast was ok. No Ketchup for the potatoes. Location was great! We were in the middle of several restaurants and shopping centers.

Better breakfast. Better parking. Also removable shower heads.

Very clean and the staff was great. The entire place just felt relaxing and comfortable.

I wanted to pay cash for my room but for some reason there was confusion between booking.com and the hotel. The hotel stated that I had already paid through booking but booking said I could pay at the site. Not a major problem but for folks who just use cards to hold rooms and don’t charge on them, it could cause a riff. Just need to be a little more clear on payment policies. Not really a complaint just felt that it needed mentioning. Our stay was great.
