It was IMPECCABLY clean, wonderful and caring staff. The lady who cleaned our room was very accommodating and apologetic that it wasn’t done yet when we arrived and did everything possible to have it done as quickly as possible.

I had a room for mobility disabled (I’m in a wheelchair) and the bed was too high for me to navigate to get in it without help. I can’t benefit from a very low bed but not an overly high one either. At the end of our stay (one night) when we went to check out we were told without any prompting whatsoever that they would pass along the issue of the very thick mattress to see if they could get a thinner one but that was all depending on who they are contracted to….but my larger point is they cared enough to remember me and what I needed. They have earned my business this time and future too. Very pleasant place with a nice vibe. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was awesome! There was a hot breakfast every morning including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, waffles, grits, gravy, biscuits, along with cereals, danishes, bagels, muffins, and fruit.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but being able to turn left off Raymond Diehl Road onto Village Green was a little difficult at times because of the traffic, but it's no problem at all to drive down just a bit to the traffic light and turn around.

I liked how comfortable everything was clean and the location was perfect for me because I was staying close to my family's house

I didn't like that it didn't have a pool

Beautifully appointed. Decor was inviting with sections for computer use, a book library and comfy and inviting sitting area, happy hour bar and separate and comfortable breakfast area. Hallways were quiet and carpeting was well padded.

I found nothing to dislike. My only suggestion is to install shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom. Also, I had a suite with a kitchenette. Maybe provide a small dishwashing liquid bottle and roll of paper towel as starters.

From the minute we walked in this hotel it was amazing. The lobby was so clean it sparkled! Kanisha was at the front desk with a smile and eager to help and get us checked in. We were traveling with a 3 month old and she made sure we had a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms were spotless and so welcoming. The breakfast was amazing ( so much to choose from) The dining area was lovely too.

Nothing! Everything was above average at this hotel. Even the maintenance guy watering the flowers outside was so friendly.

Breakfast was fine. Regular items at a hotel breakfast bar. The front desk people were nice and I appreciated the laundry room. I loved the nice quiet area.

I didn’t like that we ordered food from menu and it wasn’t available. I didn’t like that the laundry room door locked and they didn’t have a key to open it up. I didn’t like that they has just reopened and I felt they were still working the kinks out.

great design looks in the lobby and feel to a older updated note. soft sheets.

we had a problem with the door locking and the ac units are different than any others we seen. quiet but the location blows directly on you sleeping and there is a bright blue light that comes from the unit… which creates a lot of light in the room at night.

Breakfast Ordinary for a motel. Not much variety. Sausage salty`. not worth the extra!!!

For Petes sake! Put refrigerators in the rooms. I can go to a red roof inn and get a refrigerator. no such luxury at TRYP. Love your place however will not be back for this one reason!!!!! At least room 302 had no such amenity. As a diabetic I expected to keep my insulin cold in a fridge not an ice bucket!!!

Every employee was super kind and helpful. The breakfast was super convenient and the options weren't bad at all. the room was clean and always stocked. The price was very good for the amount of stay and the location. The cleanliness, location, and comfort is what I enjoyed the most.

The free wifi was a good touch but it kept cutting in and out. I had to keep signing in to the wifi which was a little inconvenient.

I liked the location, they offered breakfast and they had coffee out the whole day. They also have a bar and a small menu that you can order finger foods and burgers. The staff was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk, I did not get his name but he was very helpful and friendly.

There wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy.
