The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. They exemplified great customer service. The room, besides the few things listed, was overall nice and comfortable. We were able to get our rest because the property was also very quiet.
The room was half cleaned. There were leftover razor attachments left in the shower. The shower wasn't cleaned completely (hair and scum on the wall). The floors had traces of dirt on the floor and some trash that wasn't picked up. The sink had someone's nose bogger in it.

Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately did not get a receipt for my stay. They promised to email it to me but that never happened. I need the receipt as a business expense but still don't have anything.

McKensie was fantastic.
The night staff on sunday 3/28 booked our room for monday and we were asked to move to another room. We had talked to Mckensie about keeping our room thru friday. Booking our room out from under us was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress. The night staff should have contacted us in the room before booking.

The Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet and very comfortable. It was close to restaurants and a Shopping Center.
The hotel could use some upgrades. The bath tub would not drain the water fast enough and after showing I was left standing in water.
