Our room was very clean and large and very nice. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant.

We went down to breakfast and the one food staff member didn’t even look at us. Usually the person will at least say “good morning”. She ate her breakfast at the only table in front of the television that could have seated about six people and watched her news channel in Spanish, without any regard or acknowledgment of the customers.  A bit later she was joined by 3 other staff members that ate at the table with her. This is our second time staying here because we liked it. Next time we’re going to stay at a different hotel.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast with the choices of other items. My food was very good. I would like a slightly bigger juice cup but I do understand why they are small. The location was nice. The hotel next to the parking lot seemed to be going through construction but it did not affect my stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I had a good experience here. The only thing I could say is to get bigger juice cups. I did get tired of refilling the cup so many times.

It was only 7 minutes from my cousins house and we decided last minute to get a hotel to visit her before heading back to Ohio so it was perfect! Also super clean. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pull out couch for my kiddos.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom light and the bathroom fan used the same switch. The fan was super loud and one of my kiddos is sensory sensitive so I had to give him the quickest bath before we left the next morning!

the lady at the front desk when I checked in seemed to be having a bad night. I know it’s hard to be friendly when it’s been a rough shift but as a customer it would have been nice to be greeted with a friendly face when I came in. the only other thing was that every time I moved in my bed, it moved and banged against the wall. so I had to move extremely carefully so I didn’t disturb other customers around me in the night.

The location was in the area where we needed to be. It was in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall a good experience, but the hotel is dated and could use an update. Room could have been cleaned better. The previous guests left snacks all over the floor and apparently the cleaning staff thought we would enjoy them so they left them.

Comfortable room and beds. Great location to everything we were doing in Woodstock.

We were next to the exercise room and people were dropping weights on the floor until 11 pm. We have little one’s sleeping and we couldn’t sleep at all. We called the desk to see when it might be closed and someone told them they were disturbing us, so they stopped.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were all great. We so appreciated the room refresh every day.

Breakfast was ok. Good fresh fruit but the tater tots were not great. Some staff ate breakfast when we did and that wasn't a problem but they took control of the tv and had the language in Spanish.

The location was fantastic and the facility was very nice for the price. Hot showers. Decent breakfast.

Not the hotels fault at all, but there was a group with kids (like 15 or 20 kids) that were VERY loud and running up and down the hallways, including late at night.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and a very nice eating area! Everything was kept full and breakfast was until 10 o’clock instead of the usual 9 o’clock.

Nothing could be done better! Everything was so nice and so clean and comfortable that we had NO complaints!

Our overall stay was comfortable. The wrong size room was accidentally booked but Sarah who checked us in made accommodations for us to get a larger size room for the first two nights of our stay and although we had to resort back to our original room reservation the staff was pleasant and very helpful. We will definitely book again. The location was exceptional very close to a lot of the food places.
