The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning service was good and you didn't have to request that it be made up like alot of hotels are doing post-Covid. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and the food was all fresh. The pancakes and biscuits were excellent. I never saw a hotel that offered a To Go bag which we appreciated because we had to leave at 3 am the next day and couldn't partake in the free breakfast so we had a few items to take with us.

The only suggestion I have is that a bath mat or adhesive pads should be placed in the shower to prevent a fall.

The property is conveniently located near the interstate. Yet, it is just off the beaten path tucked away in a small patch of woods. It was the best of both worlds. A stone’s throw away from the mall, in a small patch of nature’s sound barrier.

I had an early appointment, so I skipped out on some of the amenities. All that to say, I only saw the room and had no complaints.

First and foremost, we like the hotel because it is closer to the mall; and because this was a short one-week stayvacation, we wanted a good hotel that was not too far from our house. Secondly, the people that work here are very professional, helpful, attentive to their guests' needs.. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was awesome and kind. Our special thanks goes to Tay, Kristyn, Jordan, Carlyssa, Lisa, Lue, Lashuanda. All of you made our stay very special. The breakfast food was good everyday. There was a lot to choose from and we enjoyed every bit of it. The cookies at the front desk were amazingly delicious. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and so were the bed sheets and the towels. No safety concerns to worry about.

Nothing. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was reasonable. Just "ok".

It would have been great with more variety to the main items for the entire stay. We ate the same omelets every day (two varieties), twice biscuits and gravy (which is not appealing to everyone), scrambled eggs once........

Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Plenty of seating at breakfast as well. The bed was so comfortable! I miss the bed now that I am at home!

The pool and pool area were closed. I understand closing the pool because of season but it would have been nice to eat outside in the pool area for breakfast.

First and foremost all the employees from the front desk, housekeeping management, breakfast manager to every other employee I had contact with while staying at this location completely understands customer service and making you feel welcome. Everyone, every time I came across was helpful and courteous. The hotel was so clean and the room so clean and comfortable. Coffee available 24 hours was a wonderful added benefit and the hot breakfast was exceptional.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like about the property but I have a safety recommendation. The bathtubs are slippery and you have to be careful when stepping in to use the shower. I would recommend adding a shower mat or the peel n stick traction decals so to avoid an accident

Breakfast was very nice. Typical of a hotel, but nice. All the staff was great! If you passed them in a hallway they would say hello and ask how you were, etc. The ladies at the desk at check out were super nice too and full of smiles.

The people that partake are a bit rude. No lines and taking the cinnamon rolls before the warming timer went off. The girls working in the breakfast area were amazing tho!

The location was perfect for us, close to shops, restaurants, etc. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, helpful and very pleasant, in particular Vanessa in housekeeping, Lashawnda in breakfast area and Jordan at the front desk. We look forward to returning back to the hotel on our next stay just to see those people again, very nice.

Pancake making machine didn't always work!

Genuinely kind people working the front desk. My original plan to stay one night and ended up turning into four because I was so much more comfortable there than anywhere else I've been staying recently.

Cleanliness and location.

When checking out I overheard a guest discussing her room rate on the same night as myself and same floor but her room rate was half of what ours was.
