We are original from Westside but live in Europe now for work, just came back for holidays to visit friends, family, and enjoy our culture. Staff was awesome and for our family location couldn’t be beat. It’s the holiday season so price well I will leave it at that it was competitive to similar properties.

For our family it was nice but price was a killer but like I said before it’s holidays on Oahu not much u can do so it was fair rate.

The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent. The lobby was clean and well kept. The staff at the omelet station were hardworking and always greeted guests with a smile and kind word. The front desk staff greeted staff with a smile and responded to concerns quickly.

The fitted sheet and mattress pad was stained. I was unsure if the sheets had been changed prior to our arrival. I stripped the bed and changed all the sheets. I went as far as removing the mattress pad at which time I saw a pee stain on the mattress. I also saw small ants in the first room we were booked in. The front desk moved us to the room with the stained mattress. Refrigerator not working when we arrived in both rooms. We were given an extra Refrigerator in the room because the one in the room was not working properly when we arrived.

I loved staying in Kapolei, the traffic was a lot better than in Honolulu. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel breakfast was fresh and good every morning! I would stay here again for sure!

The shower could use an extra shelf for shampoo and condition.

A couple of facilities were out of order (whirlpool, Japanese restaurant) which was a bit sad. bedroom near the stairwell gets loud noises of the door to the stairs as they close with a bang every time. the pool is also much smaller then it appears on the picture and due to its location only has sun in the early morning and late afternoon which was a bit sad.

I loved that there were plenty of food and shopping places nearby. The breakfast buffet was great as well, and cocktail hour was filled with the most friendly people.

The doors were a bit heave to hold/open and the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was pleasant.

We loved the entire experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of breakfast options, and omelets were made to order. Also loved how quickly we were served, and enjoyed the option of having breakfast at the outdoor tables.

The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They even have an omelette station where the chef prepares it according to you wishes. They even have hot oatmeal. The staff is sweet, helpful and respectful. This is the best breakfast, included at a hotel that we have ever experienced.

There wasn't anything not to like. We even went there for a supper and ordered small ones, but the portions were generous and more than enough.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites in Kapolei was exceptional. Staff was wonderful. The room was great and the breakfast was fantastic.
