This place is absolutely lovely. The courtyard is beautiful, especially after dark with the torches burning. The outside jacuzzi tub with the sand bottom was a unique way to watch the stars at night. The room was large and comfortable, with a lovely deck and views. .
The room we were in (a 1 bedroom suite) was very dated. The walls were mirrored, the tile beige, and the kitchen was meh. Everything was serviceable, and none of this detracted from the experience, but just know it isn't the height of modern design. It is also quite expensive, but I guess not too bad for Maui.

The location was good, several possibilities around for restaurants and shops. Beach was walking distance. Bus for the rest of the west cost was stopping close the hotel. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna available, not crowded. Well furnished kitchen.
The room was quite small and without terrace, so it was difficult to dry clothes. Bed was comfortable but also quite small. Wifi was not working very good for video calls. No possibility for the breakfast.

the STAFF made such an immediate impression on us - simply stunning and in this day and age , almost unheard of. Went out of their way in EVERY conceivable notion to make our stay the best it could be. We are so GRATEFUL. We loved this property, quiet, pool and Hot tub were great, washer and dryer on site.. room was awesome.. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about.

Lei at the front desk made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived. Nicely maintained property located close to the beach in a quiet location.
It would have been nice if my room had a window not just pointing the stairwell, though obviously not all rooms can have a spectacular view.

It wasn’t far from the beach and friendly staff.
The 1st day we got their we went grocery shopping and bought food since we was gonna be their for a week. Well we bought two containers of muffins didn’t even open them and woke up to ants (some kinda bugs) in them. The hotel said they would reimburse me for the muffins and they sprayed when we left. We put all the stuff we bought in the refrigerator and woke up the very next day after they sprayed to ants again. So I don’t know what the issues is with bugs in the kitchen even when food isn’t out.

The staff was wonderful! And the location was excellent.
There was a dirty cutting board out on the counter that was covering a discolored part of the counter. The brown stain was on the cutting board before we ever used the kitchen.

We had a large group of people travel together so I booked room with kitchen and it turned out pretty well ladies out.
The swimming pool is a little small and there are ants everywhere inside the rooms.

The pool and the 24 hour jacuzzi was incredible.
They were working on renovating some rooms and some maintenance around the hotel when we were there. They kept it during the day and not too early, very tidy and polite.
