We loved the beachfront rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom first floor and a two bedroom 2nd floor. The rooms are bigger than I expected. Place was very clean, and beautiful. AC is ok. We had to empty our own water bins from the AC . Safe was broken, but they fixed it quickly for us.

Check in was odd. I texted to check in an hour early. They texted back we can't, but my in laws didn't bother to text they just walked in to the front desk and were able to check in. I think the person who is answering the texts should be more welcoming and on the same page with guest services. Parking was small so if you plan on driving a large van, just expect small roads and parking spots.

When I checked in they upgraded the room from a studio to a beach access room. The beach access room had the perfect view of the sunset and the beach was very nice. There were law chairs and even a grill to access. The keys for the room were wrist keys that you could take with you into the ocean which was very convenient and nice.

Napili is a little bit too far from all the other things you might want to do around the island. The decor is a little outdated but we hardly spent any time in the room for it to matter.

Perfect location. We were across behind the beach front units. I would ask for a beach front unit next time. But it gave us excellent privacy. At first it seemed small with the fold out and Murphy beds open, but when we stowed them in the am it was perfect. The kitchen was a full kitchen with all the pots and pans we could hope for. More than I was expecting. You could cook anything you wanted. The beach was great. We had a couple of turtles visit daily. Rent beach chairs at the desk for the week when you get there. Also Snorkel Bon is literally next door, so rent boards or snorkel stuff for the week as well. Many visitors to the beach daily so you know it was a good one. Handy to Lahaina for whatever you need or want.

Would have preferred beach front condo, although we were just behind that unit.

Grill was available for Oceanside cooking

Nothing could have made this better. It was so unbelievably perfect. Far exceeded our expectations and we will likely never stay anywhere else when visiting Maui.

Our beachfront location was as I had hoped for- simply beautiful. I love the fact that our place was in a residential neighborhood, rather than in a highly populated, touristy area. So convenient to have the local market and restaurants just a few minutes away. Wonderful beaches were also nearby, but actually our beach was just perfect. Excellent hiking trails are not too far of a drive. Accommodations were fine and kitchen fairly well equipped. AC was okay, not excellent, but definitely not a deterrent to staying. The housekeeping staff were not only competent, but also very pleasant. This is not a place filled with the kind of amenities that a big hotel would offer, and that's just fine with us.

When I walked into the office to check in the lady who was at the front desk was not pleasant at all. To be glared at made me immediately want to leave. Needless to say, I did not feel welcome. I had just arrived from the Big Island where the locals are so welcoming and nice. So it was shocking to be met with this attitude. Check out was with a different person-she was just simply grumpy.

Great resort that upgraded our room as we only had a one night stay. While the concierge was not the most helpful, the resort was perfectly situated to accommodate all of our needs. I appreciated the trolley that went from the resort to Whaler's Village and back.

Staff was not very helpful with navigating the on site amenities.

The beach is public and the street was constantly crowded with cars and people walking to the beach.

This is a relatively small, beachfront property with a "down home" and family friendly feel which we loved. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were helpful and we appreciated the laundry facilities in the middle of our 2-week trip. We were so happy we hadn't chosen one of the mega-resorts on this, our first trip to Maui. I would definitely stay here as opposed to some of the fancier resorts perhaps just a little more centrally located.

We didn't stay here for the beach (which is narrow) so can only say it was popular. People like us visiting Maui for the first time need to understand that the geography of the island means that if you want to explore there really isn't a central place to stay. So we traveled some roads a lot over 3 days - not the resort's fault but something to bear in mind when you are planning your trip.

the property is right on the beach , couple of restaurants around but quiet in the evening I would say you definitely need a car , the apartment has everything you need and much much more you don’t need to take anything at all with you including beach towels I can’t rate this place highly enough , the girls on reception and the cleaning staff were all lovely , I would stay here again if I come back I don’t think you can get any better for the price

The beachfront location is amazing! Perfect location for watching the sunset over the ocean. The rooms are spacious and have a fully-equipped kitchen. I loved being able to have all of the windows open and listen to the ocean. The shower was also very nice and updated.

There is no HVAC, so the apartment only had 1 window unit located in the front bedroom. We stayed in the loft, and it was a bit hot and muggy up there during the daytime.
