We had an excellent stay at Napili Village Hotel. Check-in was easy even though we arrived after office hours. They had a lockbox at the door that we used to retrieve the key. We loved the location. Access to the Kapalua Coastal Trail was one of the main reasons we chose the Napili area and we enjoyed long walks every morning. Napili Bay was great for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. They went out of their way to call us on our last day to offer a late check out since they didn't have anyone checking in to our room that day. The room included beach chairs and a sun umbrella, a nice touch! The parking lot always had spaces available. It is an older facility, but perfectly functional and comfortable. I already look forward to returning!

The location was excellent, only 5 min walk to the beach and parking was included. The room included full kitchen which was great for meal prep and allowed us to save money instead of eating out every day. The bed was super comfy and the pool and various sitting areas indoors and outside were nice options for relaxing. The best part about this property was that it was locally owned and small scale. We wanted more of an authentic experience away from the crowds and without the resort feel that is unfortunately the commonplace in Maui. It was PERFECT for what we were looking for! Moreover, the staff were very friendly and super helpful. They assisted with first aid kit when we had minor scrapes.

No complaints whatsoever. More of a suggesiton: because we were driving at night from the airport and we were not familiar with the area, we found it difficult to find where to park. No issues after the initial intro.

The studio with sea view room is spacious for two adults. The sofa bed is big enough for one of us. Hotel location is excellent. There are market and coffee shop in the neighborhood. Napili Beach is only a few minutes away. We enjoy sitting on this quiet beach. The hotel provides Tommy Bahama Backpack Beach Chair and beach towel for each guest which is nice.

The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates. The pot is without a lid. Washing machine is listed “In your private kitchen” on the website but it is not. Parking spots are filled up quickly. The AC is noisy, so we open the windows. Then we woke up by the birds singing at 5am every morning.

Excellent value for the location and size of the unit. The staff were super friendly, informative, and helpful. This hotel understands their value proposition and delivers on it. The surrounding hotels/resorts are at least double the price. Y

The hotel is exactly as described and pictured; it's an 80s getaway with an great pool, lanai, and BBQ area. A stones throw from Napili Bay. My only suggestion is that the place could have be cleaned better prior to arrival and some uplifting fragrance used. Easy fixes.

This hotel is much more of an airbnb than a hotel (in good and bad). The room was more of a studio with a bedroom and living area + kitchen. They provided towels and beach towels, which was great. The location is also very close to the beach, probably a 3-5 minute walk. Parking was free, which was great.

This hotel is much more of an airbnb than a hotel (in good and bad). The location charged a $155 cleaning fee for our time there (prior to us staying, similar to an airbnb, not in reaction to us being messy). Check out procedures included putting all towels in a basket, noting they charged $25 for missing and stained towels. There were no checkout procedures noted for the kitchen, but there was soap and sponges provided for doing dishes. Additionally, the walls were THIN, you could hear literally everything from every direction. There was a parking lot, but it was small and easily filled.

The grounds are wonderfully kept with a great pool; bbq and all needed amenities; beautiful views to the inner court yard and to outside. The snorkeling rental (and other equipment) is right next door. The unit itself has everything, even including the sponge already pre-soaked with detergent.

You need to unlock the gate with the key even when getting out. I wish there was a dishwasher and tea kettle in the unit.

We loved Napili village so much, that we booked a new flight so we could prolong our stay. Rooms had nice furniture, the kitchen was complete and the place was clean. The accommodation was quiet and relaxing. We also loved that they had beachchairs available for use. The beach was at walking distance. The pool and the garden was very nice. Parking was always available for guests.

The A/C units where a bit noisy. But we could open the windows to have a breeze go through the room. Windows all had mosquito net. And most people luckily did the same, so we could have a nice time on the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had an upper floor garden view studio with very nice views of pool and garden. The studio was well kept and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to do easy cooking. Also Coffee filter machine and microwave. The bathroom (shower) was small but pretty nice. The studio has a big lanai (balcony) to sit and have drinks. What we especially liked was the hawaii style ventilation (glass window blinds) that allows very good ventilation. We had like 25-27 celsius weather and never had to turn on the AC. The hotel tries to create a quieet environment, so if you are someone who enjoys peace and quiet and wants to contribute to this, you should be very happy there. Also the beach is 2 mins away by foot and very nice

There is free parking around the hotel on the street and parking lot (reserved for guests). But i'm not sure if there's enough space if the hotel is fully booked. We always had space.

Location and price were amazing! Our flight was delayed by a day and they didn't charge us for the night we were unable to be there for. Loved this place!!

It's a little noisy since the windows stay open you can hear the other tenants pretty well, there was no TV to watch after dark and getting home from dinner. Only one bar of soap to share between the sink and shower.

We had a great stay here, the rooms are lovely and the receptionist was really nice. She let us check in early and have a late checkout as our flight was in the evening time. When we arrived, we thought the water wasn't working, and they had someone come look at it straight away, but it turned out to be our fault anyway as we didn't know how the taps worked. We went snorkelling on the beach which is a 2minute walk and saw some turtles and cool fish! The pool was always nice and quiet and there's free parking!
