I already have a high standard of Marriott & this facility topped it! STAFF: We got delayed so I contacted the hotel about a late check in & Will put me immediately at ease! He was so kind & promptly left a note on our reservation! Once we arrived Maurine was so warm & welcoming which was extra impressive due to the late hour! ROOM: From the lobby to the room everything was sparkling clean, modern & cozy! As for every reader’s number one concern - THE BEDS - were very comfortable, much softer than most hotels I’ve stayed in!

No complaints! Truly my husband & I have marked it so we can come back our next time in town!

Everything is very clean and comfortable in this hotel, and there is a strip mall behind that has several very good restaurants. Well located with easy access to everything.

There was a fire alarm just as we were going to bed. Apparently a guest had left a candle burning and started a fire in a room on the second floor. No major damage, but scary, nonetheless. There was no contact from the front desk to alert people as to what was happening. We all went outside, of course, because the alarm was deafening. No announcement was made when it was safe to return. We just asked the firemen and they told us when we could return.

All of the staff were super friendly and always willing to help.

The shape of the Queen Suite is odd. It says they are almost 400sq ft but it is a long rectangle and still make it a tight squeeze with more than two people. The breakfast was meh. For reviews, I thought it was much better but it was definitely your basic hotel breakfast. Comparable to a Holiday Inn express.

it was a very clean, well maintained hotel. The room was very spacious with well designed layout and all the amenities you could ask for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The sofa bed couch has a trundle bed below to sleep two people separately. This was a great feature but it means the couch is as wide as a twin bed, stiff and uncomfortable as a couch due to the deep width of the bed. Visiting/watching TV was uncomfortable and there weren’t enough pillows to make sitting on it bearable for long.

The room was very clean and roomy. The sofa bed came in handy for one of our sons, and it also had a trundle bed underneath.

It is a little bit of a drive to get to any food, especially of it is after 9pm. The hotel did provide a list of places to eat though, and that was helpful.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was good. The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was nice to have two closets instead of just one. Loved the separate sink for the microwave/frig space. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking and entry doors. The elevator was super fast!! The Duvet was very lightweight. Everything was very fresh and clean.

There was no light in the closet so you couldn't see what was in your suitcase. There was barely any space for toiletries and makeup around the sink. Could have used a small shelf below the mirror. The bathroom was so dark that it was difficult to maneuver around if you had to go to the bathroom at night....could use a night light. There were no plug-in outlets on the nightstand other than USB's. CPAP machines and other devices that don't use USB's have no place to get electricity unless you move the nightstand and unplug the clock. Was so looking forward to a hot tub. There wasn't one and the whole pool area was closed...because of covid???...just stupid.

very clean hotel, friendly staff large room (we had a suite), by far the best breakfast we had (we started 3 weeks ago in Vancouver via Yellowstone), wifi connection excellent, bathroom and amenities bery good, microwave cooking facilities, we arrived after long drive from Grand Teton NP, so long drive with 2 kids, felt like coming home. Kids enjoyed everything and especially the breakfast. Very nice coffee.

A little 'off the beaten path' depending on where you are traveling to. Breakfast was extremely good but ended early and ran out of some items.

It is such a beautiful hotel to stay in! The breakfast was so good, and had such a selection of food to choose from. Our room was perfect! Bed was extremely comfy!

The only thing we had issue with, as well as a few other guests, was all the hallways and lobby was too warm. ..like they had the heat on. It just so made leaving...entering/exiting unpleasant. However we tolerated the situation.

Wonderful breakfast

For my last week my room was never cleaned by housekeeping. For the first 2 weeks, it was cleaned every other day which was just wonderful.
