Reception and breakfast staff are delightful. The reception staff are helpful and want to make sure you have a pleasant stay. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Enjoyed the pool., clean, and plenty of towels. Good opening hours Hotel very clean.

No fresh fruit at breakfast. We are from the UK and have struggled with the universal experience of a lack of anything fresh to eat in the mornings, lots of salt and sugar. Even the packets of porridge have salt in them. A bowl of oranges, apples, and bananas would be fantastic

The LaQuinta was a lovely hotel for our needs. We had driven a long time and the rest was needed. The sleep was wonderful! We needed a good sleep, and we got it. The breakfast was also a good balance of nutrients which was welcomed.

I was happy with the LaQuinta. I really have no complaints. It's not luxury, but plenty adequate. I was unaware when I booked that the LaQuinta was 10 miles away from my highway exit. Those that book should be sure of the hotel's location compares correctly to the road they travel.

The location was good. The room was quiet. We loved being able to open the window to let in fresh air. Breakfast was adequate. Some of us liked the rain shower head. The bathroom ventilation was great for steam showers. Halfway, through our trip the cleaning staff was nice enough to swap our towels and trash without entering our room.

We asked for no feather pillows and the room had feather pillows. Three in our party had an allergy flare up. The receptionist fixed this. It was unpleasant, but not a deal breaker. The bed had a big hairball on the sheets. This was gross. We were disappointed that the pool was closed.

Kitchen lady did not clean tables well after people were done eating….she wasn’t paying attention to how she cleaned also asked for a phone call for an early check in if possible…receptionist said she called me ….she didn’t, no missed calls on my phone and I had my phone with me the whole time and no voice mail left

The staff were so helpful and kind! My son needed to work and they gave him the internet password and let him sit in the lobby. When the room was ready, they brought him the key. It was so appreciated! Room was clean and there was a nice variety of food for breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice. We really liked the mezzanine and bedroom with a door.

The breakfast was not great. The fried eggs were quite rubbery, the yogurt was rather strange. Overall, the breakfast was rather unappetising and I couldn't eat much of it.

Requested a ground floor room but was not given one. I expect because of my late arrival. Hotel looked full. Room, breakfast and employees were very nice and respectful. Loved the K cup coffee. Maybe offer up better choices in sugars and creams ?? For many, stevia sweetener is best and dietary for the older folks, many of which having diabetes. Also, the packaged powder cream needs to go. Gives the accommodations an "industrial" feel to it.

Initially, I did not like being put in a 2nd floor room next to the elevator. However, it proved to be not an issue.

We booked a studio suite and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen to use, including all cook wear and dishes. The breakfast was awesome and expectable with multiple choices to pick from. Big Kudos to Shannon, Laura and Debbie for all their help with our needs. They were professional, pleasant and always had a smile!...Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable!

Amazing rooms, we had a family loft which was great for our family of 6! They had everything ready and waiting including a crib (the only one out of a 7 day trip and advanced contacting about needing a crib). It was clean, beautiful, friendly and amazing pool hours. great for any family! It also had a great breakfast selection, cookies water and coffee all day!

We had a great stay! The front desk was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with an extra pull-out sofa, the location was good, and breakfast was just enough. The hot tub and big pool were definitely an added bonus.

The exterior was under construction and we were surprised to see the state of the exterior when we arrived. It had no effect on the interior or our stay though.
