The price was good. Breakfast was also good. Room was large and had all the necessary amenities. I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but they looked well cared for and clean.

This hotel as with many others needs to have a manager that does walk throughs and checks on how the staff is doing. Our room had no cream and sugar for their coffee machine. The tub shower handle to activate the shower is broken and hard to use. The dinning room is in need of care. Windows to the outside look like they have never been cleaned, except to can see the filth from previous cleanings last year sometime. The restaurant needs a weekly going through to keep it up to standards.

The location was great. Pool, hot tub and sauna clean. Restaurant right in building ! very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a King room and it was very spacious. Liked that we had both a table and a couch. Loved the spacious counter space/bar area with extra sink in the room where the coffee maker, fridge, ice bucket and microwave are. Overall great value for the price.

unfortunately we stayed there Thanksgiving . EVERYTHING was closed even MacDonalds and pizza places! We were not able to have any dinner that night . Although I realize that businesses want to give their staff the holiday off to be with family it is a hotel that caters to “ travellers “ . Not everyone that stays in the hotel is from that country and celebrating Thanksgiving . I think that a limited room service or small menu would have been appropriate as we had to eat chips from the vending machine for dinner.

The hotel/room is a bit dated but was well cared for. Cleanliness is important to me and this exceeded expectations. There was certainly plenty of space and I appreciate having a nightstand on each side of the bed. The lighting was great. The staff was efficient and friendly. Always appreciate seeing a smiling face.

Breakfast left something to be desired. Ordering off the limited menu was fine. The buffet left us wanting. Food was not particularly hot or had obviously been in the warmer too long.

The room was updated and nice. The bed was soft, prefer harder.

The elevator broke down the next day. However we found out after we took the elevator. A staff member yelled at us for taking it saying there was a sign on it. I explained there was no sign on the middle elevator. All she kept saying was there was. She was not a nice person and treated me awful.

The room was very nice, with a view of the waterway. It was quiet and well appointed. The whole place was pretty clean, including the balcony. Generally, it was a nice facility...really big.

The whole place could use some freshening up. There was worn carpet in the hallways and the restaurant/bar were quite stale feeling. Upon arrival, the desk clerk, seemed brand new and unsure of herself had to ask her partner for help checking us in. I'll reserve comment about her unprofessional tattooed, bare arms. The bar was very poorly stocked. The beer taps were out of service and the bottle selection was three brands that I would never drink. The breakfast buffet was OK, but lacked some pretty basic items. The eggs and hashbrowns were good, but there were no add-ins for the yogurt. We arrived about 20 minutes before the buffet closed, so things were pretty picked over. The parking lot was a minefield of potholes and debris.

Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything was in good working order. Breakfast was included and quite delicious with potatoes included! The staff was very nice and helpful and checkin and checkout was quick. Parking is cheap and easy.

Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked quite inviting. I was disappointed that the checkin clerk requested an identification document for check in. Identify verification is usually done only in communist countries to control the movement of its people and should not be practiced in a free society.

The property is pet friendly! (with a small additional fee). The room was large with a couch and small kitchen (microwave and mini-refrigerator.) The hotel is within walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a popular coffee chain. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. There was complementary breakfast off of the restaurant menu and it was available from 6-10am.

Nice place, easy to find. Has a restaurant with bar located inside near the check in, great when it's cold outside. Rooms clean, and exceptional. Vending and ice down the hall, vending new and easy to operate.

Not all for sure but some people might have been having a bad day, no smiles.

located directly on the snake River walkway across from the LDS Temple. Easy access to stores, restaurants within minutes. Beautiful property - working on repairs resulting from closure during covid, but making great headway. Loved the pool and spa. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

We loved our dinner and craft beer in the lounge. Server was very friendly and food was delicious. We loved having our our wishes met without having to leave the establishment. Breakfast was also nice - no semi- hot breakfast buffet but instead hot off the grill.. Bed was super comfy with splendid shower experience. Would definitely stay here again!
