Best Western Sawtooth Inn and Suites

Good location and convenient to many places to eat and easy access to hwy. We have a dog, and the pet friendly room was the best we have ever had. The room was very large, had a good-sized refrigerator, a "dining" area and large table and comfortable chairs. Outside, had plenty of areas for the pet to walk. Breakfast was excellent with many choices for both a hot meal and cereal. They had an omelet bar. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. Room was very clean and had no doggie "smell". Would definitely stay there again.

There were flies outside the side entrances to the main hallway. Flies got into the rooms. Not sure how to control the fly population but would be great if they could.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast was pretty dang good, close to family, food and a store front desk were very helpful and sweet. When I asked about allergen ingredients in food they went and looked at the package for me on anything they personally weren't knowledgeable of. Helped us choose a wine :)

.No elevator, had a small issue with no house keeping coming so no clean towels But front desk were very helpful and sweet about it. The bubbles in the hot tub didn't work Beds are a Lil too firm for my liking (but still nice) parking our second night was not so fun with 2 small kids had to park next door in McDonald's

The breakfast was amazing! The pool & hot tub were great! They were clean and my kids really enjoyed it. We chose to pay for a bigger room and it was nice, we didn't feel cramped at all with six people. We had two beds, plus a pull out couch. We slept comfortably. We appreciated that there was a little gift shop/store right there in the hotel.

The young girl at the front desk when we walked up to pay for our purchases from the giftshop was not friendly, she barely talked to us at all, and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. We had to tell her how much each item was and help her add up the total.

I checked in with my app before we arrived. I checked my credit card and was charged $21 more than booking.com said the balance would be. When I checked in I asked about the difference. A man told me that was their policy now because if I would have booked directly through them I could have gotten the room cheaper. I said I have NEVER been charged more than booking.com told me. He said well that is the way it is now. Since then I have checked my credit card charge and when the pending charge posted, it did post for the correct amount.

The hotel was so nice! Log furniture in the lobby. Beautiful log wood front desk countertop. Metal deer wall sculpture, stained glass and etched glass woodsy themed windows. The staff was great! The room was clean. The bed was nice and comfy with clean linens and towels. The included breakfast was delicious! The cook prepared us fresh, delicious omlettes and french toast made to order! She was amazing! We will be back!!!

This hotel is nothing fancy. It is clean, well kept and adequate. The breakfast was really good, and they contract with a gym across the road from the hotel. The gym had everything you could need to workout - tons of weights, machines, cardio equipment. The pool was average. Our room had a walk out area that was fenced in...I found it strange, but I imagine if you had a pet with you, you would appreciate this space.

The room was very small

This BW hotel was a win-win for my spouse and I and for our two (2) Cocker Spaniels. The doggies had a beautiful place that looked like an upscale park to do their business and walk. :) My hubby and I had a wonderful room - plenty of space for the doggie crates and our "stuff". Breakfast was a HUGE surprise with custom-ordered omelets. The room was super clean (even behind the night stands) and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We have stayed in 5 different hotels in the past week. This one gets five (5) gold stars. Staff was also excellent! Thank you, BW Jerome, Idaho!!!! :)

Convenient location and there is loads around the hotel, shops, food, gas station etc. They have laundry facilities which were very reasonable cost wise. Room was comfortable and large. Overall pleasant stay!

Breakfast wasn’t great, i stayed in a different best western the previous night and the breakfast there was much better. i thought it would be consistent across the brand.

well kept, very courteous front desk staff. we enjoyed the pool. the staff kept the towels well stocked, the hot tub was great!

breakfast was not so good. very small dining area. very long lines. we ended up eating at the nearby McDonald’s. I missed having elevators, but since it’s only 2 stories, I know why there weren’t any. my bad knees would have liked them.

I could tell that someone… be it owner’s or employees probably both, take pride in what they do. I think it is the small things… no garbage littering the property, well groomed grassy with a picnic table right out front. Inside, everything has a place and was very tidy. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, bathroom and shower was spotless. The free breakfast in the morning…. Made to order omelets, pancakes, French toasts…. There was one person making the omelets, French toasts and such, but she was fast, very friendly and courteous. There was another young lady cleaning the area… she kept it clean, clutter free and well stocked…. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A place like this is hard to find. I wish more properties took the time and put forth the effort into exceeding expectations like they did.
