Good location and convenient to many places to eat and easy access to hwy. We have a dog, and the pet friendly room was the best we have ever had. The room was very large, had a good-sized refrigerator, a "dining" area and large table and comfortable chairs. Outside, had plenty of areas for the pet to walk. Breakfast was excellent with many choices for both a hot meal and cereal. They had an omelet bar. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. Room was very clean and had no doggie "smell". Would definitely stay there again.

There were flies outside the side entrances to the main hallway. Flies got into the rooms. Not sure how to control the fly population but would be great if they could.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast was pretty dang good, close to family, food and a store front desk were very helpful and sweet. When I asked about allergen ingredients in food they went and looked at the package for me on anything they personally weren't knowledgeable of. Helped us choose a wine :)

.No elevator, had a small issue with no house keeping coming so no clean towels But front desk were very helpful and sweet about it. The bubbles in the hot tub didn't work Beds are a Lil too firm for my liking (but still nice) parking our second night was not so fun with 2 small kids had to park next door in McDonald's

The breakfast was amazing! The pool & hot tub were great! They were clean and my kids really enjoyed it. We chose to pay for a bigger room and it was nice, we didn't feel cramped at all with six people. We had two beds, plus a pull out couch. We slept comfortably. We appreciated that there was a little gift shop/store right there in the hotel.

The young girl at the front desk when we walked up to pay for our purchases from the giftshop was not friendly, she barely talked to us at all, and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. We had to tell her how much each item was and help her add up the total.

the room was very big and clean.

I checked in with my app before we arrived. I checked my credit card and was charged $21 more than booking.com said the balance would be. When I checked in I asked about the difference. A man told me that was their policy now because if I would have booked directly through them I could have gotten the room cheaper. I said I have NEVER been charged more than booking.com told me. He said well that is the way it is now. Since then I have checked my credit card charge and when the pending charge posted, it did post for the correct amount.

The hotel was so nice! Log furniture in the lobby. Beautiful log wood front desk countertop. Metal deer wall sculpture, stained glass and etched glass woodsy themed windows. The staff was great! The room was clean. The bed was nice and comfy with clean linens and towels. The included breakfast was delicious! The cook prepared us fresh, delicious omlettes and french toast made to order! She was amazing! We will be back!!!

Convenient location and there is loads around the hotel, shops, food, gas station etc. They have laundry facilities which were very reasonable cost wise. Room was comfortable and large. Overall pleasant stay!

Breakfast wasn’t great, i stayed in a different best western the previous night and the breakfast there was much better. i thought it would be consistent across the brand.

This hotel is nothing fancy. It is clean, well kept and adequate. The breakfast was really good, and they contract with a gym across the road from the hotel. The gym had everything you could need to workout - tons of weights, machines, cardio equipment. The pool was average. Our room had a walk out area that was fenced in...I found it strange, but I imagine if you had a pet with you, you would appreciate this space.

The room was very small

well kept, very courteous front desk staff. we enjoyed the pool. the staff kept the towels well stocked, the hot tub was great!

breakfast was not so good. very small dining area. very long lines. we ended up eating at the nearby McDonald’s. I missed having elevators, but since it’s only 2 stories, I know why there weren’t any. my bad knees would have liked them.

Location perfect close to food and family. Breakfast was amazing, custom egg omelette with french toast and waffle oatmeal. All you can eat.

We stayed for 3 days, our room was not serviced once. Beds, room wasn't vacuumed, no replenishment of toilet paper or tissue while we were out. We left the towels out to dry with hope that we would get new ones the next day. But that didn't happen.

Excellent place to stay for work or pleasure. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was very modern and very clean throughout. Close to main roads and places to eat. Fast check in and check out.
