The location is right off the highway and next to a Flying J travel stop. The girl at the front desk, Olivia, was extremely helpful. It was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing.

The breakfast could have offered more, and I had hoped the prices would be lower for the middle of December, but it was priced accordingly for highway travel convenience. It was a very comfortable stay.

The place was clean and the people were friendly. It was a wonderful experience over all.

My room was super muggy when I walked in. I suspect it's from lack of proper bathroom exhaust. Day and night shift could communicate better, day shift said they would arrange for me to use the gym at 4 am & night shift said opens at 6. There's a massive light for the parking lot right by the exit Nearest my room that's pointed to face directly at people exiting the building and not to illuminate the parking lot... You may want to get facilities on redirecting that. To keep things in perspective, none of these problems would rise to the level where I would actually include them in a public facing review. This is a five-star experience I had. Great job!

Easy check in. Good amount of parking. A/C was already on in the room when I got there. Good lighting in room. Comfortable bed. ABS outlets for charging phone. Free Wi-Fi.

No ice machine on my floor. Toilet rocked forward and back. Freezer in refrigerator was so iced up the door wouldn't open to gain access. Shower drained so slow that the water was ankle deep by the time I got the water temperature adjusted and continued to rise as I showered. Let the desk know about the issues in the room so maintenance can address them.

The room was very European, simple, bare floors, sparse, comfortable furniture, great use of minimal space and a blackout shade on the 3d floor window. We liked that the wood-grained floor was very clean. In fact, the whole room was clean and smelled fresh but not perfumy or like cleaning products. We got there late but were able to take a pleasant walk along a dead end road in front of the hotel--2.4 miles out and back.

The water smells suphur-y but there was filtered water downstairs. The change filter light was on plus we travel wih 5 gallons of water so I didn't taste what was offered.

The most important thing, it was clean not run down The room was on the smaller side, but well appointed, it had everything, they could probably do with a little less or smaller furniture and a better cloths hanging system. If you don't need the handicapped room take a non- handicapped room, as the arrangement gives you a little more room. This is a very good value and I would definitely stay here again.

The employees were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for us.

There was not much selection for breakfast. My husband is a diabetic. He can't just eat pastry for breakfast. The lighting on the bed did not work. For being a handicap room, the room was too small. I could not walk past the end of the bed with my walker.

Check in clerk very helpful because of booking.com reservation error, wrong dates reserved. But clerk was extremely helpful in getting us a room at same rate and overlooking the error!!!

Breakfast was a disappointment. Only cold cereals and bread to toast. No sources of protein such as eggs, breakfast meats or peanut butter.

Loved the size of the room. Cozy rather than huge. Could watch a few channels on TV. Bed was comfortable. Favorite stay/room of 4 on trip.

Couldn't see a fan in bathroom to turn on. Only 1 choice for protein at breakfast, sausage gravy. Peanut butter as a choice for toast would have been great. Yogurt for breakfast was outdated.

Lighting was very conducive to bedside reading, also had soft ambient room lighting and easy access outlets at bedside for charging cell phones, etc. Bed linens and pillows were excellent, and room was clearly designed for easy cleaning to accommodate a pet friendly room! Awesome!

The room was cool and comfortable when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable. The employees were friendly and kind.

For being a handicap room, this room is too small. The two armchairs that are in the room are okay, but they take up valuable space for a person with a walker or someone in a wheelchair..
