Hampton Inn Twin Falls

We were on the second floor in back of the hotel. It was nice and quiet and had easy fast access to the parking lot. Also the grounds around the hotel seem to be really kept up and kept clean all the time.

We didn't care for the view outside our room window. We were staring at the back loading dock of the Target store. If it was just a night or two it wouldn't be quite as bad but we were there for four nights and got tired of looking at the back of a store.

Everything you need, plenty of room, microwave, fridge several chairs, super clean. Close to falls and recreation area. Staff very pleasant and professional

My one big complaint is the lack of recycling!! There are no receptacles set out to put paper, cans etc. Shame on you!!

Friendly staff. The desk clerk recommended nice restaurant and gave great directions to Shoshone Falls which we wanted to see while in town. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were acceptable. There were lots of people taking advantage of the breakfast at the time we went to breakfast. The young lady who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast kept a sharp eye on tables as they emptied and quickly bused the tables and sanitized them and kept the breakfast buffet filled.

Really would have liked a shower rather than a tub, but was not available at the time of our stay. I don't know if they had a handicap room available or not so that was my fault not the hotel's fault.

The property and staff were nice. It was a well appointed hotel that we did not have any issues with. I have come to expect that from Hampton.

The breakfast was okay at best. It was a typical hotel breakfast but the second morning of the stay they did not have enough staff and we found many of the items were out. We had to ask several times for them to be replenished and it took a while.

location was great and so close to everything. room was very spacious. The staff were all very sweet and accommodating. my husband and I unfortunately had to cut our vacation short due to a family emergency and the staff was very understanding with our last minute changes and we were not charged for any last minute cancellations.

This hotel never fails in cleanliness.

Rebecca checked us in. She came out with hair, one side was braided the other side down. Did not apologize to the customer in front of us for her look. Didn’t ask if I was a card holder, which I am but forgot to state when booking. Not impressed at all with the check in. The rest of the hotel is great. Unfortunately, the first impression of this visit will stay with me.

The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very, very good! The location is good, right by Costco, Target and the mall.

I could hear a lot of guest noise. The property is a little dated. When we were placed right by the pool and fitness room, the friendly front desk girl was able to place us, further down the hall. Unfortunately there weren’t any upper rooms available.

Excellent self-serve breakfast, hot and cold, including boiled eggs (love), in pleasant dining area; great space in room for luggage, lounging, moving about; perfectly comfortable beds and linens; good lighting options; fitness room and pool / spa looked clean and useful (though we opted instead to get our exercise at nearby Shoshone Falls, which is middle-of-nowhere stunning). Friendly, open, and helpful staff.

Well, due to location there was no view, only a wall across street (or parking lot, I forget); we simply kept curtains closed for our one comfy overnight.

Breakfast was real food! My son is gluten and dairy free so he can't eat the breads, cereals, and pastries that are usually available. Here he was able to eat egg, potatoes and sausage. The room was huge

The bedding was old and a bit off putting with one hole and one stain that we saw. We did not go searching for more, we were tired.

wasn’t told about tge elevator not work had to haul my bags up 3 flights of stairs !! Staff who checked me in should have said something??? I would not have stayed had I known !!!
