I have low expectations for a free breakfast, and that expectation was met. The staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked great which I really appreciated, and it met our needs.

Honestly everything was fine! It's not a super high class hotel but that's not what we were looking for. It's cute and clean and that's all we really need.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained and the lobby sitting area was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and made sure we always had fresh sheets, towels and a clean room. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the 24 hour coffee and hot water station. The hotel is in a great location on Sherman Ave. Close to shops, restaurants, the lake and beautiful scenery!

location is great it is in the main drag of town so you are close to everything. it is also right off the freeway so super easy to get to. pool was nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. outside was clean and manicured. Deluxe room was very spacious.

it is an older hotel so the decor is old old looking in the rooms. the bathroom in our deluxe room was super super tiny, you had to step into the tub to shut the door then you could use the toilet lol. Hot tub is small so good for 4 adults. Deluxe room was big, but the bed was very lumpy and you rolled to the middle.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed. Hot tub (rode motorcycle about 9h getting to location). Continental breakfast was limited, but more than adequate. Especially the sausage links- really nice.

No elevators. Desk clerk a bit testy at first. Warmed up later. Forgot how "far" away downtown shops are in relation to location of hotel. Wasn't up for a long, hot walk after the trip. I didn't take the cycle as I'd showered and didn't want to ride there (personal choice- could have driven).

This is the second time we used the Baymont in the past three months. Both stays were because we were returning to Montana from Seattle after medical surgeries and Coeur de Alene is the half-way point. The location is an easy on and off of I-90 and is quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price we paid was awesome! We are definitely letting our friends and family know about this location.

The lighting is not great in the room. The heat lamp in the bathroom in Room 212 was not functioning and so the floor in the bathroom was cold.

Good. Have to say staff made the experience. They were all excellent. I even left a pair of very expensive sunglasses and they called me to let me know. I went back to get them and they were wrapped up to protect them and sealed inna pkastic bag. That was amazing to me. Best hotel staff ever .. They do well above the norm for what they have.. I would stay there again just for lication to Coeur D Alene Lake D r. Queen room was very large, great air conditioning and ability to open a window. Very clean indoor pool area.

Rooms are okay.. would have preferred more natural lighting in vanity area, but loved mini fridge with ice area and bar and sink.

I liked that they offered coffee in the lobby all day. The staff was friendly going above and beyond when we accidentally left items at the hotel at checkout.

The continental breakfast was quite slow at replenishing eggs and sausage, it would be nice to have a bagel cream cheese, muffin option in addition to the waffles. I would have also like to have seen water available at the breakfast.

We really liked the location. Just a 5 min drive from all of the shops and the downtown atmosphere. The room was comfortable and spacious, which was great for traveling with the a dog.

When checking in, we weren't told about the complimentary breakfast and only found out based on my emails. We could also hear the person stepping around directly above us but thankfully only until about 11 p.m.

Loved the location, breakfast was decent, and the room / facility was decent. The grounds need to be better maintained, and hallways cleaned. Other than these things, I would recommend due to the value & stay there again if in the area.
