Great location and staff was wonderful to work with..

I had asked to have a quiet area to sleep because I work late and I get up early in the morning so I get less than 4 hrs of sleep. So my sleep is very valuable to me. Unfortunately The Staff put a family right above me and they were up late and.their kids were up early causing me to loose alot of sleep.. It was a bummer deal especially when the place was only at 25% capacity.. However this is not stopping me from booking again with them next month.. Thanks !!! For the awsome memories.. See you again soon !

The staff was EXCELLENT, very helpful and friendly, nothing bad to say about any of the staff we encountered. The location was amazing. Pool was small but nice. The environment was really relaxing.

Felt like the apartment and some of the kitchen things could have been cleaned better. It wasn't a super big deal but definitely noticed. Neighbours upstairs were pretty noisy.

Quiet. Enjoyed having a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Coeur d'Alene Lake is very beautiful!

Nothing to do around the property. No walking trails except the road. No restaurants nearby - 30 minute drive to nearest town with any facilities or restaurants. Office had some basics only (milk, soda, etc.)

I loved the apartment, how roomy, yet cozy, it was. The beds were very comfortable and the whole space was beautifully done.

We were there off season and there was a lot of work being done outside. While the pool was open, the parking for the pool area was all posted no parking. It was too cold for walking down to the pool, or back, in a swim suit, so we did not use the pool.

Pool and activities (movies, puzzles and games). My children felt very comfortable.

No workout room. Ranch priority guest. Access to check in from booking took us to the wrong location. Please check the address.

We have been to Arrow Point with Worldmark several times. It is our favorite place to visit. The staff is wonderful and our condo and all that it provided was the best. We also love the underground parking!!

Beautiful property and very well maintained

This was my second stay. The first time was phenomenal. This time the mattress in the master bedroom was miserable. I ended up sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room.

I think it’s weird how Gozza ranch shares the property, and world mark guests are looked down on. Better keep to your side!

Even though the staff called a week ahead to confirm and ask vehicle type (Nissan Titan truck), we were booked into a room with a COMPACT CAR size space. To no avail, parking in this spot was NOT possible. Our vehicle blocked up to the mid section of the drive path. VERY empty parking garage... When we called to let the front desk now (we checked in at about 10pm) we were told there was no other option and we would have to park in guest parking....very discouraging and disappointing. No apologies made. Just a warning to Park in the correctly marked (again 10pm) spots or our vehicle would be towed with no warning.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Cozy beds. Would visit again but will ensure they have a correct space for us to park.

We loved the location as well as the views they are stunning.

I feel as though the Wi-Fi connection was not the best, but with so much outside to do it’s not that big of a deal.
