The location of the Alpaca Inn was fantastic. It was off the main beat and very quiet. Very close to restaurants, the grocery store and the hot tubs at the Lava Hot Springs Inn. Opted not to go to the public hot springs as there were to many people and we would have had to drive to it. The staff was very nice and helped out with all are needs.
The room was a bit small, but we knew that going in. Going into the bathroom you had to step down, but figured it out in a hurry. Didn't spend to much time in it anyway.

We loved that it was lovingly maintained (both the yard and flower beds; the rooms). Everything our room had made for a convenient stay (kitchenette, pull out couch, comfy beds, a fantastic shower) for my husband, three year old, and infant. It had a welcoming and calm feel. We couldn’t hear anyone in the neighboring rooms or on our patio yet it is well positioned in town.
We loved everything about our stay.

The location was perfect, walking distance from everything. The room was very cute and comfortable, they had extra pillows/blankets in case we got cold (which we did) even had a basket with different types of teas/hot drinks that we could choose from which helped with my stomach the last night we were there. The Hosts were all extremely nice and helpful!
The only thing I thought could help with peoples stay would be silverware in the rooms if that's even possible? We bought some food from Mike's market and didn't think to buy silverware, by the time we got back to the inn the office was closed and we had some food that required a spoon/fork but we got creative. It was our own fault so will totally not hold that against you guys because you were fantastic!

The room was great. It fit us well. Only wish we would've had a little couch or something like that. But it was great. Nice and clean and comfortable beds! Loved the little porch too. We go to Lava every summer and love it more and more each time we go. ❤️

This hotel is very comfortable to stay at. Very clean, nice atmosphere, the people who run it do a great job and they are friendly. The location is pretty good as well. I love the wrap around deck with the table of chairs I could go sit outside and read my book. It was very peaceful.

Excellent location to the Lava Hot Springs one block off the main busy road. We walked to the hot springs. Also beautiful landscaping and a nice deck area in front of our room to enjoy the beautiful weather we had.

It could've been a bit cleaner. There was a used bar of soap on the windowsill of the bathroom and it was obvious that the floor in the room hadn't been mopped. (I could see footprint imprints on the floor upon first arriving, so I know they weren't mine.)

Homey, comfortable rooms. Well stocked. Very friendly owners. Off of main street so it's quiet, but still centrally located. Lovely flower gardern/outside patios. We loved it, will definitely stay there again in the future.
Wifi signal was very poor. The parking is a little tight but the owners are very careful to make sure there is enough for everyone (preventing outsiders from parking there)
