Staff (Kobi) was outstanding. She was very pleasant at check-in, offering bottle water, directions, a room with a view of the valley (which we asked for). We asked for recommendations for dinner (pizza). We went with recommendation and it was excellent food. Facilities were very clean. Location was right off highway and not too far from downtown and food. Breakfast was good and seating area very clean.

Room was spacious (had a king suite) but wish the bedroom was bigger. Pool was open 24 hours a day which was great! Breakfast was great, the waffles were great but only one of us got one because they ran out of batter 30 minutes before breakfast was over. Great stay would definitely stay again!

Wish the sink was actually in the bathroom and the bathroom was bigger. The size of the bathroom is tiny compared to the room.

The place, and our room, was very clean. The spacious room was quite enjoyable. Breakfast was better than most. BUT, the best part was the bed. The bed, pillows and comforter were wonderful. My husband and I both slept exceptionally well. The blackout blinds were a plus. There was hardly any noise. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Every staff member was wonderful. We couldn’t have been happier. This will definitely be our Go To hotel in Pocatello, and we have stayed in most of what Pocatello has to offer. Thank you Hampton Inn for a great stay.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was great, and the check-in and check-out went very quickly. I did laundry while my husband and children swam in the swimming pool and used the jacuzzi. I can watch them, since the fitness, the swimming pool, and laundry were close together. That was convenient.

One thing we wished we had was a microwave. I wanted to have water boiled for my instant noodle, but no hot water in the room. Some Hampton Inns have microwaves, but this one didn't. Another minor issue: they used the pay range app for laundry and dryer, which was a hassle because I didn't want to download the pay range app in the first place, which I had to do for laundry, but then the minimum fund the app required was $10, but the wash and dryer were only $4, so I ended up having $6 extra in the app, which I never use.

found several pieces of trash on the floor near the bed (used tissues) plus used toiletries in the drawers under the TV. We didn’t complain as I’m sure the hotel has staffing difficulties. I did find the breakfast attendant to be busy cleaning & washing dishes & several food items were out. When we asked if there was more available, she said she’d get to it when she finished. I was a little disappointed in that service.

The breakfast was great! Our room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night, but I'd stay again for sure.

Our bed was a little hard and the TV was in a strange place. You could swivel the TV, but it was just a little off. Other than that it was fine.

During Covid we have stayed in a few hotels that quite honestly were not clean and under normal circumstances I would have complained or not stayed, but so many places are understaffed and those that are working are overworked. I was thrilled to see the building was clean, the room was clean and the set up of the room worked great for me to work remotely while my husband was at a meeting in Pocatello. We only live an hour away, but I told my husband that it would be fun to stay again for a quick getaway.

Right off of the freeway, extremely comfortable and modern. They accommodated my needs by giving me a room close to the elevator since I had a sprained ankle and wanted to keep the walking to a minimum.

No bacon or sausage for breakfast - only ham on the morning we were there. (Honestly, this isn't really a complaint more of a preference. :))

Staff was one of the better groups of people we've encountered during our hotel stays at various locations.

Coffee maker in rooms is poor brand and coffee packets are weak. No freezer compartment in mini fridge and no microwave.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice, room was relaxing and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have even encountered. Easy to find the hotel, directly off freeway. Large parking area.
