It was beautiful! The second I walked in the room it exceeded my expectations! The pictures do not do it justice! The decor was so creative and beautiful. The fact that they took the time to thread the speaker system through the bed frame and back into the sauna was amazing! I wish I would have realized the twinkly stars they installed in the ceiling before I was about to leave because they looked so cool! The lighting, the amenities, everything was just perfect for my stay. I will definitely be going back and recommending this place to everyone!

The only thing I would give a negative review for would be the 4pm check-in time. I wish I could have checked in sooner.

Everything was very comfortable and clean. Even with the tall ceilings there were no spidery webs or anything like that. No dust. I half expected things to be a little cheesy because it is themed but everything was very nice and authentic. Nothing to out there. It was very comfortable

The entrance was a little hard to find. The room was on the second floor which I didn't realize. I don't mind walking up the stairs, but if I had needed a way to get up there it wouldn't have been possible.

The themed rooms are so well thought out and beautiful! You are totally immersed in whatever theme is in the room. We felt as though we had been transported back in time to the old west (Wild West room). Every detail made it such an experience. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was divine!

There was nothing to not like!

it was genuinely just beauitful

when we got there the girl had us confused multiple times with another guest and we corrected her multiple times then she still gave us the wrong room and got upset when we took the improper key back. even tho it was her same mistake as the confusing. we could also hear the people above us stomping around in their room.

The room design was just great, we were in the Western room, and really everything is designed like that - saloon doors, a shower within a watering can etc. Really cool. The room was cooled down when we arrived, unlike the hotel before - and this was very appreciated given the 105 degrees outside. We liked it!

Everything ok

The coolest hotel I've ever stayed in! We were in the wild west room and every detail was amazing. We got a breakfast delivery basket which was a nice surprise. The staff were so friednly on arrival and really made the experience.

Nothing we didn't like!

It is small, quaint right near downtown historic Pocatello. My room had a back door I could park right next to making luggage easier to deal with.

Just some minor wallpaper peeling which I pointed out on their in house comment card.

wish breakfast burrito was a little bigger but it tasted good. the room it self was amazing, looking forward to coming back to try one of the other theme rooms

our jacuzzi didn't work when we got in it so we called the front desk, the good thing was that the friendly girl at the front desk came into our room and fixed the problem and she even brought us a bottle of cider and bath balm to compensate for the inconvenience, which was appreciated

The property and the room was spotless and gorgeous. The breakfast choices were great. I got the romance package and it was above expectation. We stayed for a second night the owner herself took us on a tour to show us all the rooms it was a wonderful experience. I would tell anybody looking to put romance back into their relationships to definitely book a room here.

this is a themed room hotel. we stayed two nights. one in the tropical room and one in the Mayan rainforest room. both were excellent. the attention to detail in each room was incredible. complete with waterfalls and incredible accent lighting to make you feel like you were actually in the place represented. I hesitate to give this such a high rating because I want to return and I fear word will get out at how reasonable the place is. Each room had a spa and a huge TV. all light and function switches were clearly labeled. if staying in Pocatello this is a must stay! Dinner at Jakers was great and the restaurant honors a discount from the hotel.

there is no way to go from the front of the hotel to the rear without walking around the hotel or going upstairs and then down the back stairs. both our rooms were upstairs and with no elevator it was a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. the breakfast option was a little disappointing as it was Costco treats in a basket delivered the night before or in the morning. this place is way too classy to not serve homemade muffins and something special instead of Costco stuff. our second day the breakfast options were very limited as they were out of most things except granola bars. TV was a little odd with it being Hulu based. For us old folks not too familiar with that it was a little bit of a challenge but not enough to take away from the experience.
