Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Arlington Heights

Room was big and comfortable. Nice big desk, comfy mattress. Staff exceptionally responsive and pleasant. Maids were friendly and very quiet. Quiet place, felt like I was the only one on the floor.

Carpets were worn and outdated. Furniture and elevator a little beat up looking. Place could use redecorating. Curtains could use a wash. Front desk staff not masked which made me talk to her from a distance. She could easily become infected and spread covid given the volume of people she deals with.

The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and breakfast was great.

It wasn't really handicap accessible. She had a lot of trouble maneuvering her wheelchair through the door inside of the room and the tub/shower is not accessible. We weren't using it anyway, but we noticed.

I liked breakfast you have a selection of a variety of things to choose from. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. The location is a plus you're within walking distance to the stores. This is a really good place to stay for a short or long time.

There is no place to charge your phone or computer by the night stand. The night time staff member had an attitude when my daughter asked for some extra towels. I think he was unaware that there was not enough towels for the number of people in the room. Hopefully he will have a better attitude next time.

The breakfast was the worst part of the experience. More choices including more fruit would improve it. Everything else was very good.

The parking lot is well lit up. The property is well secured with key card access for all entrances and exits except the main door. Someone is always available at the front desk. And breakfast is tasty and fresh. The rooms are very clean and there is a microwave and refrigerator in each room. There is no hidden or surprise cost after booking a room.

There is no laundry in the building. But you can drive 1 mile down the road to a laundry close by La Rosita grocery store.

Everything was nice and clean. The common areas were kept clean. The room was also clean and basic amenities were provided. The girl at the reception was really sweet and kind. She even got me a bagel and another snack from the kitchen when I missed the breakfast! I'd recommend staying here

The staff wasn't strictly wearing masks all the time, perhaps maybe the rules of this area have become lenient now.

Nice staff from Kenia who had a very nice talk with us. Clean and spacious compare with our hostel in downtown Chicago. Would definitely recommend to stay here instead of downtown if you have a car with you.

If the breakfast could have more variaties, it would be perfect.

It is in a great location, near downtown Arlington Heights which means near the train to downtown Chicago too. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable. Our room was large and also had a desk so if you are travelling and need a desk to work from this hotel would be an excellent choice.

Great parking spaces and lots of entrances to building.

Gym could use new equipment (weight equipment).

I liked the clean, spacious room and I was able to take a walk on the treadmill. The staff were all very friendly. The great location makes it easy to go to the track and find food like Portillo.
