The location was great, close to my family. Very clean. The reception staff was excellent. We ate breakfast there. Great food choices. Very tasteful. The staff was excellent.

The only complaint was when we checked in 2 of us. there were only 3 towels. Those towels were great. I had to ask 2 times for more towels. finally on Sunday I met the cleaning lady and she gave 3 towels and 4 facecloths to make it through the final 2 days. I was like of surprised about that and the quality was not the same as the first day towels.

The beds & pillows were comfy, but the staff was amazing! I can’t say enough about Eric the night concierge. He really went above & beyond in ways you don’t often see in hotels anymore. From lighting the fire pit, to personally carrying a very heavy cooler for us, to personally checking to see if my friends and I needed anything, he was there every night with a smile! Sometimes twice a night!!! Also, shout out to Michael the most bad ass breakfast manager in the world!! You guys made our stay oh so memorable.

VERY THIN WALLS. You almost can’t even have a private conversation in your room. Luckily, we are VERY friendly people!!

The pool and weight room were great. Updated equipment in the fitness room and the pool was immaculate. The breakfast was out of this world and there was even a staff member who was making omelets to order.

The room was very clean and well appointed although the hallways could use some updating. It's a bit more isolated so expect a short drive to groceries, restaurants, etc.

They don't clean your room. I asked for extra towels and they never brought them.

The breakfast is very varied. We had many options, since prepare our own waffle to received the omelette freshly made from a kind guy in the kitchen. Fruits, cereals, continental breakfast are also available.

The breakfast is extraordinary. The staff is friendly and helpful: after we checked out, my companion realized that he lost a couple of valuable rings in the room, and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to locate them. I really appreciate their efforts.

The breakfast is very good and tasty. Every day we have bacon available in addition to the delicious cupcakes that the kitchen team prepares every day. They prepare fried eggs and stuffed omelets according to the guest's taste.

Breakfast was delicious and location was great! It took us about an hour to get to Douglass Park from this location. Very safe and many good food options were close by as well.

The facility is a little challenging for people with mobility issues. More elevators that are easy to find would help

I was traveling to visit a friend who lives in the area and to be honest wasn't expecting too much from this property. It was a 100 dollar room and the quality and service far exceeded my expectations. The property is in a area in close proximity to a golf course which made it feel upscale. The decor was very modern so it gave the property that "new" feeling. My King room was spacious and had high ceilings which I enjoyed. It also included a mini fridge and microwave which are always nice features. The staff that I had interactions with were very polite and helpful. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again.

The only real complaint that I could make would be that the hotel is set up kind of odd. Once you navigate around it a few times it gets better but it took me a few minutes to find my room, the first couple times.
