Staybridge Suites Lincolnshire, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great and it really accommodated my family and I! Love the fact they had a two bedroom so that we weren’t separated and all for a reasonable rate. The only thing was that when we first got there, one of bathrooms weren’t very clean where there was hair in the tub and on the toilet seat and all of the shampoo and body wash were empty. I let housekeeping know and they cleaned it right away so that rectified it! After that didn’t have any further issues! The breakfast was good and as a plus they had social nights Monday and Wednesday with food! Made for a relaxing environment! It’s also in a good area of Lincolnshire though it didn’t look like there were any bad areas! Would definitely stay here again and at any other Staybridge location! This location was about 22nd a to the Naval Recruitment Ctr and about 35mins from the Ohare Airport. Took about an hour to get to downtown Chicago. We saw my stepson graduate from the Navy and later did some sightseeing in downtown Chicago. This was really a good trip! Make sure to check out Pancake Cafe in Lincolnshire about 5mins away from the hotel!! Great food large portions!

Nothing! Everything was great accept that one hiccup mentioned above. I would just say maybe inspect behind the housekeepers before you designate a room is fully clean! That’s it! I would still come back!

It is excellent to have a suite (separate bedroom, separation of bath and wash station, and a separate spacy room with kitchen, sofa, study space, separate TV. The kitchen has new and clean big fridge and microwave, dishwasher, stove, some pots and plates. I also like how it is convenient to charge all my different devices almost everywhere I stay in the room (by bed, by sofa, by the kitchen table). Breakfast is also good. Staff who helped me is very kind and patient and shows sincere interest in helping. Her name is Natalie. I stay here with a family member to send her away for an International trip and was under some stress. But staying here helps relieve that. At least it didn't make it worse. Location is also excellent. Very close to the lab (InfoPath) we need to do PCR test required for international travel.

The room we originally booked was unavailable, so they gave us 2 rooms instead (one was comped). One of our rooms was right across the hall from the staff lounge and where they would park their cleaning carts. They were very much in the way. The trash under the kitchen sink had not been taken out from the previous guests and there was a musty smell for the first 24 hrs we were in the room. The front desk was polite and accommodating in shuttling us to our conference. The gentleman who drove us was very polite. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection, although the eggs were cold. They brought fresh eggs out after we had gotten our food. Overall it was a nice hotel and was very close to our conference. We would definitely stay there again.

The trash under the sink wasn’t taken out from the previous guests. The room had a musty smell to it when we arrived. The staff lounge was across from our room and the cleaning carts were in the way, as they were right outside our door.

Rooms are spacious, hotel is quiet and pretty, it has an indoor pool. The front desk staff is very friendly and does the best they can.

The hotel seems very understaffed and lacking therefore in cleanliness. The front staff member does the best they can often being the only staff member at the hotel. The rooms conditions and cleanliness is obviously not supervised. Kitchen is very big but very uncomfortable, not making it possible to prepare hot meals.

it’s our 2nd time to stay here. We like the kitchenette, full refrigerator and sitting area in the room. Breakfast has many choices.

We have a room that was supposed to sleep 4, but the pull out sofa bed is not in a shape to sleep at all, very bumpy and uneven sprints underneath a thin layer of cloth. So the 3rd person slept on the sofa top. it will be difficult to sleep 4 people total. We had to ask for beddings, pillow and towel for the 3 people.

Breakfast was good. Living room furniture was dated and had small holes. We needed a handicapped bathroom and one wasn't available. The kitchen was well equipped.

Running the gauntlet with the housekeeping staff every time we left. My mother had a walker. They were very nice about it.

This hotel is always my first choice when I am on the business trip to the Northwest suburban area of Chicago. Spacious and clean room, great location, quiet but very convenient. great value for what I pay!

only one thing I feel is the longer waiting time at the front desk for check- in and other services. I guess it is because more guests than before.

Excellent, helpful Staff, Facilities are good. Excellent location. Free laundry room, pool, gym, breakfast, and some dinners

Some of the other clientele and visitors are disruptive. The doors slam very hard bc they are heavy, quality doors but makes your neighbors doors rattle in the middle if the night. Also could use a change on dinners.

The location was great, we had easy access to food and close by shopping. The grounds are kept clean, coffee was always readily available and hot. Having a kitchen in the room was a plus.

The carpets especially the staircases are filthy. Reservations were for 5 but we only had two towels, no linens for the pull out bed The shampoo and body wash were empty. Good thing I packed some it’s not like you can call any one when your in the shower

My family and I absolutely loved almost everything about our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed the free breakfast. The cleanliness overall was great.

I didn't like the cold indoor pool water.
