When I first checked-in, the room didn't have a full range stove. I was able to immediately switch to a room that did have one. The staff was nice, and the room was super clean. I really liked that it came with dishes too (pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware). Of course I washed them before I used them, but I was happy it came stocked. Bloomingdale was nice. I took my boys for a nice walk to a nearby park (Stratford i think), and met some really nice families while there. There are lots of stores just minutes away, so I was able to do grocery shopping so I could cook in my room. There is even a major shopping mall behind the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. It was a nice getaway from busy, noisy Chicago.
The streaming apps on the tv didn't work. It kept saying network error. I was ok with that, but my boys were upset they couldn't watch youtube. I had great internet speeds on my laptop. Was able to work during my stay. The hotel wasn't serving hot breakfast for obvious reasons (covid), but they did have options like cereal, milk, juices, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. That didn't bother me at all.

I loved the space, things were so handy having it in the suite.
I didn't like the fact we had to wait in the lobby because the key cards weren't working and we were tired from the drive. Then our bed was next to the boiler which was loud every time it came on.

During booking I requested for 3 adults but I found accommodations only for 2 persons which was really unexpected, however overall it's okay

The work out room only consisted of 2 treadmills and an elliptical and a few dumbbells.
