Hampton Inn Chicago-Carol Stream

Checking in & out the staff was friendly professional and courteous. There was ample parking available including handicap spaces, hot continental breakfast served from 6 to 10 am, unlimited coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar 24 hrs, business center internet access 24hr, pool & patio, laundry room for your convenience, gym. You can purchase snacks, drinks small meals from the front desk there available in the lobby. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet, cable TV with prime channels. Has a small coffee pot, small fridge, iron & board, blow dryer. Last night I asked Jose to extend my checkout from noon and he gladly changed it to 1 with a smile. Very pleasant experience and staff ty I will return again.

The Breakfast food was great. Had a lot of TV channels to choose from. We stayed on the 5th floor. It was quiet. For the most part not a bad stay.

The beds were not the most comfortable. Firm pillows would have been nice. I would have liked to have a microwave in room.

Sandy was wonderful!!!! She helped my dad (who has dementia) and her kind and friendly attitude were certainly uplifting.

I wish the pool had been available to use.

I stayed at this hotel during a February snow storm and deep freeze! The parking lots were promptly plowed and the inside temperature remained warm.

The room temperature is tough to evenly regulate. With the thermostat set to a reasonable indoor temp, the unit either blew heat or it blew cold air. I had to cover it with my jacket with only part of the vents exposed to allow heat; otherwise I’d have been very cold!

I stayed at Hampton for three nights and I was very pleased with the room comfort, the amenities, and the attentiveness of the staff. There was one minor issue with getting my room made up, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. All my requests were attended to in a prompt and polite manner. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, the fabric of the chairs in the lobby could use a good deep cleaning. The room phones apparently don’t work and should be removed from the rooms rather than be germ magnets.

It was very convenient to everything I went to during my stay. The staff was awesome. Breakfast had a big selection. I would stay here again

When walking into the room all the lights were out this made it a little unwelcoming. Before I turned the air conditioner on, the carpet felt very damp. This cleared up after a couple hours.

Staff was very nice and friendly.

We had to ask for cleaning svc instead of them changing towells and emptying garbage.. One of the chairs in my room was soaked thru.....I sat in it and had to change clothes.

Had an issue with my reservation and the young man did the best to accommodate us...super professional young man.

The room that I reserved online we misleading not happy about that at all especially for the price, No hot tub available, not many choices for breakfast ,.

Room was a good size. Staff was friendly and accommodating and let us stay later than our check out time due to our flight being delayed.

The breakfast was the best: bananas, apples, oranges, hot special eggs-but not rubbery. coffee with Half and half, and hot chocolate, plus bagels, whole wheat toast And more. I was impressed.

The swivel office chair was needing attention. Maybe should be replaced.
