Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elk Grove Village/Itasca

Upon arrival, which was very late due to an unforeseen circumstance, the gentlemen that were at the front desk were so very kind. I really appreciated their friendliness and empathy towards my situation. Also, the woman who worked the front desk for checkout was super sweet and friendly as well. The whole check in and checkout process was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite cool when we got there, which I super enjoyed!! The AC definitely worked well and made for good sleeping conditions.

The beds were a bit too hard for my liking.

I couldn't enjoy or see breakfast, because we slept in, it was our fault. The beds were so comfortable, clean and with everything you need in the bathroom. My husband enjoyed being able to do his exercise routine in his gym and swimming in the pool, I enjoyed the jacuzzi with hot water and hydromassage. Overall a very nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

I would be lying if I said that I didn't like something.

Very friendly staff. As I stated before, the front desk associate was very nice when we asked for more items for our room. She did explain the shortage of staff but still got us what we needed. And check out was super easy. We were in town to visit family and this hotel was literally down the street from them. I would definitely stay again.

No daily room service. Although, I do understand that the hotel is short staffed, just like every company right now. But, they were still very nice and accommodating when we asked for more stuff. The parking lot was not very good. I get that they share with other businesses, but when the banquet hall next door is having a function, you cannot find close enough parking. Only a slight inconvenience.

The hotel was wonderful but Emily at the front desk was exceptional! She not only helped me with my reservation, but also got me in touch with a gentlemen that was attending the same training I was.

Very accommodating. Breakfast was over kinda early and, though I didn't have any, my dad said.it "coulda been better, coulda been worse". All-in-all, the handicap accessible room was perfect for my brother in a wheelchair.

The surrounding area was kind of a cluster and they were remodeling, which wasn't really an inconvenience, but we weren't aware.

The cleanliness. It was clean and the staff was nice.

The location was weird mainly because there was all these parking, but most belong to another business that had signs stating parking area for and it would list the name of the business. so finding parking was a lil off. Not something that was the hotels fault.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, rooms were spacious, silent bathroom fan

Pool was a little small, hot tub was closed, no pool towels available in pool, we’re all used had to walk to front desk soaking wet to get towels

Very clean and comfortable room and well maintained facilities, reception staff was very helpful, plenty of parking.

Breakfast was served in styrofoam, a more sustainable alternative would be very welcome in this day and age. There was some very loud phone conversation happening in the corridor at 6:30am, I fear it may have been a staff member.

Cozy bed and quiet room.

Gentleman at check in was not welcoming. No eye contact, bland tone in his voice. I gave him my name and he gave me check in paper to sign and set the key to my room in the desk. He didn't instruct me to the elevators or dining area where breakfast is served. I had to ask for every detail.

the staff were all great to work with. we had several problems with our rooms and they helped us move and find a room that worked out in the end. the breakfast man was incredibly nice and helpful!

the bathroom sink had mold under the rim but was easily seen if you were sitting on the toilet. pool was cold even though it’s advertised as warm.
