reception personnel are very helpful and friendly (Latonya and another woman working there for 16 yrs) - location was good for my needs, with restaurants close by - set off road enough to be fairly quiet - several food options at breakfast

I thought renovations would be finished but were not: room and hallway need replacement: I kicked a 1" chunk of grout in bathroom - door key card reader worked only half of time - window not well sealed against cold, and heating unit was old, but did work ok - pool not working, but not big issue - one morning at breakfast: I tried 3 small milk carton containers and all were spoiled and I had sour milk (I told kitchen worker) - I arrived back late in evening and baked cookies were all gone, again not big issue

location was great - room was quiet - women working at front desk are very friendly and easy to work with - hot breakfast has variety - room and hallways generally clean - good water pressure - plenty of parking - Starbucks across street

there was no hot breakfast on a few weekdays - used solvent to clean inside elevator doors and smell lasted several days - on previous stays, had cookies in evening, but told only on weekdays (and then not avail then - but woman at front desk did offer packaged cookies from Market) - rooms need remodel (ongoing in lobby area)

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The price was great. The cleanliness was great. My family gives this hotel and staff 5 stars!!

I did not like the treament I received from one of the staff members, however during my stay that staff member changed their attitude and interaction with me and made it a positive stay. This staff member gets a 5 star as well.

The staff was amazing, very thoughtful, efficient and friendly. Sharon at the front desk was very helpful on my initial call to request a late check in and on arrival the other staff went above board to make sure we were attended to. The breakfast staff was wonderful and the breakfast and coffee were very good.

The only thing that was not favorable was the room was a bit dated, some carpet stains, etc. It was obvious that the room was vacuumed and clean and everything was wiped down and the bed was clean and neat, just the room could use an update with new carpet. This does not reflect on the staff, they did their job very well.

The weekend breakfast was much better than the weekday. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The selection of breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, (we stayed over after we booked with booking.com) had a sparse selection compared to the weekend. The water was lukewarm in the shower and the sink.

Staff was great. good value on price , room clean.

The breakfast is horrible, they say because of Covid a bag breakfast is needed, restaurant are open to people eat breakfast all over the place. Get rid of the bag breakfast, not working. A muffin, Granola bar and cup of OJ or apple juice with coffee is not a great meal that would make me come back.

Breakfast was great. Nice clean area. Fresh food.

Under current situation with COVID, I don’t think there was anything else that could have been done better.

We were all able to stay together in one room. The staff was fantastic about supplying whatever we needed.

The fridge has an ice build up that froze some of our food. Every time we left the room and came back in , it smelled musty.

Due to Covid there was a bag breakfast service it was ok.

The hallway carpeting stained and tge poole area needs some attention it appeared to be in need of a windowvcleaning, patio and psint peel off in the pool.

It was convenient. There are restaurants and gas stations nearby.

Key card stopped working but went downstairs to get it reprogrammed.
