The room was very clean when I first arrived there. The staff was so nice and patient with me even thought it was getting late at night. The location is also good because of the surrounding area which has all these bars and restaurants.

Room service could have been better. I travelled with 3 other people and they all showered before I did. I called room service to bring another towel but they didn’t show. I even called a second time after 30 minutes and they still didn’t come. If there wasn’t those small hand towels, I would have needed to just drip-dry.

Stayed here since it’s so close to the start of the Healthy Driven Naperville Half Marathon. I like how close it is to restaurants. I went to an Italian restaurant to carb load that was about a 5 minute walk. My room was very clean and the staff at reception were very friendly. Parking was easy, just enter through the rear of the hotel and just take an open spot.

Wish there were more options for breakfast.

We love this hotel! We were there to watch our son play volleyball, but we felt like we were on vacation! Naperville is such a beautiful town and Hotel Indigo is in the heart of it all! We plan to be back soon!

It's a very hip and lovely hotel in the heart of Naperville, close to great restaurants and shops and the river walk. The staff were very helpful and accommodating! Very clean hotel with classy and stylish decor. Plus our room was very spacious with a nice view.

I recommend staying on the 3rd floor or above, as the 2nd floor can be a bit noisy with the restaurant music below.

The location, cleanliness and staff were lovely. We loved staying there. It was so easy to walk down to the streets and visit the shops. Parking was a breeze (and they didn't charge for parking which was lovely). The upstairs bar was very nice and the lobby living room was lovely.

The lighting in our room was atrocious. A tiny desk lamp and two naked bulbs. We are in our forties and need shaded lamps. The lighting was harsh and inadequate. Also, we booked two rooms and the less expensive room had a fridge while the other did not. It was strange. FYI: a suite is not a literal suite. It's just a larger room. Good to know if you plan to travel with folks or need more privacy.

It is located directly downtown, only a short walk from the Riverwalk and every bar/restaurant in the area. Parking is included and was a breeze.

There are two “wings” and each wing is numbered independently so there are technically two of each room number. If you don’t remember which side you’re on, you might try to enter a room that is the same exact number but on the wrong side of the hotel.

The closet was very awkward with one door for the bathroom and closet. The entrance door opened directly to the bathroom. Room 519 Since room was adjacent to the elevator, privacy was a concern. When I opened the door.. other guests could see right into our bathroom.

Indigo does it again!!!! This was our 2nd experience with Indigo Hotel. Super cool staff, super duper location(s)!!! We'll going to book again soon. They made our trip sooo relaxing and restful.Thanks again 😎

The bath and shower gel.

The bed sheets and blanket barely cover the bed. Both nights my husband and I struggled to keep covered. The sheets are not even tucked in so I continously woke up with no sheet to be found. I prefer to have sheet between me and blanket since I assume blankets are not laundered between guests.

Lots of nearby places to drink a good coffee very early in the morning. Near all nice shops and entertaiment

Can not tell you there is anything bad or that I did not like.
