I liked it because it was around my family that I was visiting...and near stores that I could buy food to cook instead of always eating out...and very close to highways...

I didn't like the fact that I paid for this hotel to stay at so I could cook my foods....BUT!! Now they will not provide any plates pots and pans and silverware for us that are just visiting....which makes no sense to me....that means that I have to bring my own when I am visiting my family....which might make me look for another place to stay if the price is right...I mean if I can't cook why bother....right?...sometimes bringing my own can be a big hassle...

The staff, especially Tracy, was helpful modifying the length of the stay from four nights to three, which we requested at the time we checked in. This website makes that difficult, but the staff persisted and eventually was successfull. The room had a table with two office chairs that were well-suited for eating and gathering. In addition there was a comfortable easy chair. Overall, the value was great for a double room with a kitchenette for under $100 per night.

Everything for the kitchen (dishes, coffee makers, mugs, etc.) has to be requested at the front desk. It was far more difficult to reduce the length of the stay than it should be. That wasn't the fault of the property, however, it is made difficult by this website.

The location was good...the staff was polite and helpful...and the breakfast bar was a great bonus...and the room was clean...

but, the carpet in the room was filthy...I walked with bare feet and they were dirty...that I had to put shoes on ...it was vacuum ....but it needs a good cleaning with shampoo and such...plus whatever they use for cleaning solution...stinks...lol..my clothes and everything smelled like it when I unpacked...but, all and all...my stay was good...

I loved how it had a full kitchen in the room and a table. The room was perfect for the night we spent in Illinois. Close to many restaurants too.

The said that there was breakfast served with your stay but it was just a grab and go type of situation.

Lobby & suite are very clean. The staff are nice and friendly. Loved that recliner chair that was in the room.

Having problems unlocking our door with the card. After 3 -4 times, it would finally work.

The staff was great and very informational. The room was big and roomy. We just needed a place not in the city for the concert and not expensive. This was perfect for us .

Tracy the manager was a great help I was disappointed to find out breakfast had been discontinued and he offered a new coffee maker for our stay.

No breakfast, no stores within walking distance. not the most friendly people working at front desk.

Able to book the hotel with the extended parking for a long trip out of the country and have shuttles to the airport.

location was good..wish they were able to provide more than granola bars, muffins and oatmeal, but was satisfied overall...

maybe some fresh fruit or cold cereal boxes with breakfast. But not that big of a deal at all.
