The staff was excellent! Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Awesome hospitality goes a long way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is amazing, coffee 24/7 is something I didn't know I was missing until we stayed here. Overall wonderful experience.

Sue, who is charge of breakfast, is amazing!! Breakfast buffet is simply amazing. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fresh cinnamon rolls, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, milk, and coffee! Wow! Bed and room was comfortable and nice and new.

Our 3 year old daughter was excited about indoor pool and water temperature was a little cool. We wished pool water was a little warmer.

I liked the location. also the room was probably one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. I loved the walk in shower. the continental breakfast was a very nice array of food for everyone.

I cant think of one thing I didn't like the room was very comfortable.

The greeting was warm and friendly, the rooms were flawless and the beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. This was a great place to stay while passing through Chicago on a road trip with my son. Our therapy cat was with us and we were given no hassles.

Could use more celiac friendly food options but the facility is so clean and the staff is so nice this is overall a fantastic place!

Don't like being served breakfast. Shud be self serve. Like we're children that you don't trust. Coffee too damn strong. No hot water available. No room service daily unless you book 5 days???? DAMN NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!! We came back late one night to a room that the beds were stripped clean and pillows with no pillow cases were all piled in a corner. WE HAD TO MAKE OUR OWN BEDS AND STUFF THE PILLOWS IN CASES!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT 1 A.M. IN THE MORNING.......TOTAL CRAP!!!!!!!! No clean towels or face clothes, garbage cans and dirty towels still there.

Locale good for where we came from. Breakfast options fair… very clean and the room was set up wonderfully! Check in was easy.

There was a major ice storm so I had to book this room last minute after work. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, energetic, and helpful! Specifically, Sue and Will were phenomenal, going above and beyond. They made sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was pleasant. My overall experience was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

clean new modern look comfy beds

the flashing red light overhead right above the bed is totally annoying when your trying to sleep. very poor placement. should be placed at the entryway. Pool had so much chlorine in it that it made it impossible to swim

Up to date room. Shower was great. Bed and pillows comfortable. King room was spacious. Allwed us to travel with our dog.

Do not disturb door hanger kept falling off. Need to find something better.

Easy to check-in, person working was very helpful and friendly, which was nice for late at night check-in. Had everything I needed for a quick trip.
