Breakfast was excellent nice variety and everything was set up nice and clean. Also check in was smooth. The room appeared cleaned it just had a slight smell of cigarettes and cologne.
Make sure the sheets and bedding are clean and smell fresh not like cigarettes/smoke or cologne or perfume.

The location was very close to our event. Very convenient. Thumbs up!
Lobby was dark and gloomy. Very outdated property. My grandkids were looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but after taking a glance decided they would wait until another time. Pool area was dimly lit and appeared unclean.

Barb was great! Very friendly and took care of our needs. After the rudeness of the front desk person. she was a fresh of breath air. Fixed the credit card so that the right was billed and then offer assistance with local dining and some incidentals that we needed,
Lady who checked us in was not welcoming or friendly. She barely said a word to us after our 10 hour drive in, mind you the next customer and her spoke for 15 minutes, I know because I passed by her three times to get items from the car. She also did not use active listening skills when checking in. it was requested that we use a different card for billing and she only used it for incidentals resulting in a phone call to us advising that the card on file was declined and we were locked out of our room. We were here for a funeral and chose your location because we know the Hilton reputation for customer services. hopefully she will receive some uptraining, She is your first impression.....

The front desk people could have been a little friendlier. Our room did not have a microwave and asked why not and they told me only half the rooms are equipped. They told me I could use the one in the lobby/breakfast area. I said your website states microwave. They finally brought one to our room

I loved the beds.
I'm handicapped. I was able to use the tub but to clean myself and put on all my medicated lotions and such I stood up to use there attached bench. At home I have a plastic bench and can scutch around. This bench was made out of fake wood with panels of tile. There were slates in-between the panel's. I had a inch of my skin stuck in-between the panel's when I moved around. I had and inch of skin ripped off while moving around. The second night stay to take a shower with the bench down the floor got supper wet. If you put the curtain in there's a 3inch gap because the bench was in the way to close all the way. If put the curtain out the first two inches from the floor was soaping wet. It's been 3 months and my slit of skin is just growing back.
