Location is awesome, just a few mins drive to UIUC and to many restaurants and shopping. Most of the staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast has good selection and generous. Servers even though overworked were all very friendly and even remember our preference after a day or two. Excellent service. Rooms are good size.

Just one particular staff was quite direct in her communication. Housekeeping a little inconsistent, some days good, some days so so.

It was convenient to airport and part of town I was visiting. It's also close to U of Ill and neighboring towns. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Decor and ambience was lovely. Breakfast was included in my reservation and it was delicious, especially the pancakes. They have a diner and room service as well but since I was in town visiting family I only had breakfast there.

First, they automatically charged me for parking though I didn't have a car but they promptly refunded me when I pointed out. So check your bill. The rest is so minor and directed to Hilton but the length of the shower curtain drove me crazy. Too long for tucking in during shower but if you leave it out the floor gets super wet. Wish it was just a step-in shower with bench/seat and door instead. Also, guest shouldn't have to pay for bottled water.

Nice room and comfortable King bed. Six pillows to choose from. Small refrig, Keurig coffee maker. Location is great...near Campus and on a major cross-street. Walgreens on same property and a wonderful gem of a little coffee shop Espresso Royale is right there, too. Local favorite "Custard Cup" frozen custard is just across the street!

Bathroom faucet leaked on the counter constantly. Desk staff says they are in the process of replacing all the faucets (?). We were charged a daily "parking recapture fee" for parking our car. We have not been charged for parking on previous visits to this location. TV offerings did not include the local PBS station. No free breakfast. Conference areas are being remodeled so there is on-going construction dust, noise, etc.

Located right next to campus, and convenient for football / basketball games, not to mention Papa Del's and Espresso Royale. Comfortable room, friendly staff, and nice breakfast made the stay very pleasant stay.

Surprise $20 / day parking fee.

Location​ is​ best, near​ uiuc​ and​ next​ to​ Walgreen supermarket. Large room, comfortable bed Have​ swimming pool​ but​ not​ warm water​ ​and​ gym. Gold​ member​ has​ credit​ for​ breakfast.

Washing machine was​ out​ of​ order​ and​ not​ be​ fixed​ in​ 1-2​ days. Breakfast​ is​ closed​ at​ 9.00am which​ is​ too​ early, staffs​ do​ service rather​ slow.

I liked the comfort of the room, new bathroom and the very helpful smiling staff as well as the breakfast room and the nearby supermarket

great little property with friendly staff. restaurant had limited hours but I only needed it for breakfast. very comfortable bed and clean room. i believe most of the rooms have blackout curtains, but not at the room I stayed at which was on the 5th floor right by the elevator.

The hotel and staff were great and location was great also and we ate breakfast across the Street at merry Ann’s Diner and it was Excellent, Would recommend to anyone, The price was a little more than we usually pay but all in all great place to stay

Location to University of Illinois Memorial Stadium — only a half mile away. On site bistro was convenient and the made to order breakfasts were fantastic.

Room AC/heating was noisy and when we turned it off condensation developed on the window.
