I was a little skeptical reading the rave comments by some of the guests who stayed in recent past but my overall stay was nothing short of pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, toiletries are okayish, the staff of super good. The check in and check out is smooth. The building from outside doesn’t look appealing perhaps still a work in progress but once you enter, the hotel look is pleasing and comforting. They have a CircleK in close proximity so the daily needs are well covered.

The elevators definitely need a make over and they are working on it. Also the breakfast item selection could be widened a little, when staying for a longer duration the breakfast can be monotonous.

Location was great. Breakfast was good in the morning. Loved the complimentary toiletries and the towels were super soft. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were pretty soundproof for the walls (all rooms booked and only heard noise from the hallway). Plenty of parking.

Currently renovating so there was a few things going on with the room. The deadbolt didn't work but the blocker bar kept the door from opening. Bathroom paneling was peeling but did not hamper the use of the room. Pool was clean but was not heated so morning swim was too cold for most people to use. One of the elevators was out of service so a fully booked house meant slow service.

Easily accessible! I’m handicapped and had no problems navigating the property. They’re in the process of re-habbing the property some of the painting isn’t quality.

The shower curtains were not long enough for a handicapped room so the water from the shower went everywhere which caused a slippery floor. The toilet paper holder is in the wrong place for a handicapped room. It should be near the grab bar. Loved the lower sink but needed more counter space for personal items.

We’ve came here many times for our anniversary. Always friendly staff and clean. Breakfast is normal…only 2 issues were fire alarm going off twice and the tub wouldn’t stop up so we had to purchase a rubber stopper to take a bath! Other than that it’s great.

Fire alarm going off twice, weed smell in the hallway on main floor, tub stopper didn’t work so had to purchase one so I could have a bath & really wish there was a microwave in each room.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and newly remodeled. Find desk was friendly and had everything ready for us when we walked in.

We were passing through the area so we woke up early to get back on the road. Went down to the lobby at 6 expecting breakfast but they didn’t start serving till 7am. Free breakfast was part of the reason e picked this hotel so we left feeling a little frustrated since every hotel we’ve stayed at started breakfast at 6. Indoor pool was so cold the kids didn’t want to swim. I stuck my hand in and didn’t blame them.

No towels - owner disinterested in my request for towel asked me to seek out cleaning staf. Couldn't find any staff for two days and when I did he did not even acknowledge I talked to him. I am a black person, who couldn't towels. This messed up our morning itinerary? What was so hard with getting us towels. Did fuss because I spent three days dumping my own trash and getting my own towels. Self serve hotel. Nice comfy bed, but bring your own trash bags. Steal pools from pool area for second day not a priority for owner or staff.

The two adjoining rooms can be connected to each other and it was convenient for us to stay in two rooms. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast consisted of only two hot dishes: scrambled eggs and sausage sauce. I'm getting a little tired of eating them five days in a row. The elevator is kind of old, making big noises.

Although in the middle of transformation, Wyndham was clean and staff was very friendly.

The only thing we noticed was the bathroom in our room and public restroom on main floor were obviously still temporarily under construction. However, even with this challenging task the building was a nice place to stay, and especially clean and comfortable.

The wide variety for breakfast was amazing! The pool location wasn’t expected, but still nice. The room itself was great! The man at check-in was super friendly and answered all of my questions, even though I came back several times and may have asked the same question a few times because I forgot the response lol. He was amazing!

There wasn’t a microwave in the room and the fridge didn’t make my drinks cold even though they were in the entire night. Also, the window faced the inside of the building, overlooking the main lobby. This made the light from the main lobby steam into the room all night long, even though the shades were closed.

The hotel staff was very nice and quick to respond when we had a small issue with the heat in our room. It is a quiet hotel, which is nice.

We went during a “soft reopening “ but you could look around in the room and tell that the repairs/renovations were quickly thrown together. There was some peeling wallpaper and some small holes in the walls, probably from previous nails or something.
