Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Urbana-Champaign-U of I Area, an IHG Hotel

I thought there was a nice variety offered for breakfast. Environment was clean. There was a place for trash and recycling, but, I was not sure if the serving containers were recyclable or they wanted the plastic utensils/cups/yogurt containers/etc.

I did request specific bed size (2 Queen) when I reserved the room on Priceline. Apparently when I checked in, the information came to the hotel that any available room was fine, and they arranged for us to have a king sized bed. The front desk was able to move us to the 2 Queen room, thankfully!

Spacious suite with private bath. I was able to work at the desk without disturbing my husband while he slept. I truly wanted to enjoy the pool area for a little bit but just didn't have the time this trip. There also was a Kirig and not many places are offering this lately so definitely a plus there. Great breakfast 😋 I usually never have time to eat but this time I did.

I didn't get the extra blanket I requested. I'm usually working late and he always falls asleep on top of the covers so when I want to wrap up cozy I can't.

I loved the staff at this location. Jon took really good care of us. We had a bad experience at a hotel across the way. When I walked in and talked to Jon he made me feel comfortable and even took the time to show me the facility before we stayed there.

Not much we didn't like. Everything was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

We loved the staff and breakfast. So friendly! We also felt the manager/owner was very accessible. I also liked the size of our room.

The bed and pillows in our room were too soft. As a disabled person I had difficulty getting in and out of bed because the bed was too soft. Also the tub seat was too low it needs to be raised at least another 4-6 inches.

I liked the convenience of the property. It was close to restaurants so we could grab a bite to eat. we also thought the breakfast the next day was excellent!

There seemed to be a lot of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night. I’m not sure what that was about but was probably another guest issue.

Very friendly staff, esp. the breakfast crew. Despite a very busy weekend (state championships), they were able to accommodate my requests. Location is very convenient to most of the dining options in the UC area.

The staff were amazing. The bed was so comfy.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off a couple of times and we did leave the building in the middle of the night and early morning this was a shame

I liked how clean and spacious the rooms were. My family enjoyed the many breakfast options. The pool was spacious and t he hot tub was a bonus!

I did not like that the pool had no towels. I think they should have had like a snack machine on the floor we stayed on.

In your hotel very kind staff In holiday inn express near Chicago airport very rude staff I complied to GM but no respond yet Please help if you can

My child was allowed to swim untell the baby sitter picked her up the pool and hot tub were right next to the room bathroom was very nice the bed was very big

No vending mecheans the conditioner and bodywash didn't work was full but wouldn't despence wishe there were bigger pillows for the bigger bed
