We stayed for 10 nights cummulatively. Initially in the Studio and then in the Suite room. Both rooms were comfortable and very well appointed. The suite defitnitely has much more space with a separate living area and larger bathroom. The rooms have microwave, oven, dishwasher cutlery, pots and pans. They have a coffee machine too. While we did not do much cooking, we used "Heat and eat" quite a bit. There is a coin laundary at the lobby level as well, which is very convenient when travelling with family. The best part was the staff - freindly and helpful. They understood and accomodated our housekeeping requests and a few other things graciously. There is ample parking and the surrounding area is great with a big Supermarket, resturants and a lifesaving starbucks at walking distance.

Some more in house eating options would be great, specially for families who spend the entire day setting up their children at university , which is one of the main reasons a lot of people travel to Champaigne, like us. A heartier breakfast, more variety in frozen food in the little shop would really be nice.

Location, Cleanliness, staff Anneissa at front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and sweet, excellent customer service, and very accommodating.

Noise from other guests and would have preferred a 2 room suite. Also it would have been nice to have an oven and/or stove since we were there for 2 weeks.

very well appointed with microwave, dishwasher,pots and pans in every room. located very close to university and this was helpful as we went to drop our son. helpful staff, ample parking and in a good neighbourhood of stores . the suites are larger than the studio rooms.

breakfast was very basic and perhaps daily housekeeping needs to come back, which is currently provided on request

Location! Walkable to restaurants yet very quiet. Lovely, roomy lobby with great seating/vibe. Rooms with kitchen amenities and nicely surprised by optional privacy curtain between bed and sofa bed. Also loved the outdoor seating!

Pool a bit tiny but great for kids.

Loved the rooms w/ kitchen. Very convenient. The breakfast had lots of choices and the kids enjoyed it.

I wish the indoor pool area was warmer. We stayed specifically for the pool but it was hard to use due to temperature. Also, the bathroom doors are “barn door” style. A screw came loose at the top of the door and trapped my spouse in the bathroom 😂 We eventually figured out the issue and we’re able to get him out.

Staff is very good and helpful Clean

No variety in breakfast. No lunch or dinner facility. No bar facility. Parking charges added in the bill though I did not have Car.

The property was nice there was a mini breakfast station. The variety of the breakfast could’ve been a little better but during these Covid times it was much better than most places.

We had to call every morning for new towels and for housekeeping. I was there for four nights five days so expected that I did not have to call after two nights for housekeeping.

Staff were lovely and helpful, room was comfortable. Close to several good restaurants, coffee chains and an incredible grocery story for snacks/ meals.

Further away from the station than expected, so consider a car or definitely catch a taxi/ Uber.
