Hyatt Place Champaign/Urbana

The Staff is So Professional & Kind every single person I came into contact w/ from the time I stepped into the Hotel on Friday until the day I left on Sunday,including the bar staffs .The room's atomophere is so pleasant & very clean. Im so happy that my nephew Dorian who work in the maintenance dept.introduce me to Hyatt this is my second stay & will be the only Hotel I will stay when visiting my family .I also lost my wallet on Friday & on Saturday I went to check at the desk & they had found it & put it away. Thanks Again

There is no Hot Tub for my aching body.I always look forward to getting hot tub when staying hotels,also the water was not enough in the shower I had it in the hottest position but was just warm enough for a shower no steam at all

It was in a great location, we were able to walk to most things we were interested in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, we had a great night's sleep (one of the main reasons I usually book with Hyatt). The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and if I'm ever in this area in the future I'll definitely stay here again.

Not really a big deal but the only thing that took a minute to get the hang of was using our key card in the elevator, holding it over the sensor at the same time as pressing a floor number isn't what we were used to at other hotels especially if our hands were full. But we made it work!

The property was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and quiet. Excellent!

it's not property but front front desk staff, it is a hit or miss. Some of the ladies attending are not friendly, acted bothered as if they did not want answer the costumer or be there, just chatting amongst them casually and unprofessionally. Chiara and Ben, I asked for their names, were friendly and really nice, if only all the staff were like that I could say it's excellent. Breakfast and coffee quality needs improvement also.

The location was perfect!! A parking garage was located onsite. It was in easy walking distance of many good, classy restaurants. Breakfast offered a wide variety, staff was present and helpful and the entire hotel was very clean. I would recommend this to everyone

allows dogs, and the management/staff was excellent. the manager at the front desk in the evening was so welcoming and accommodating. the hotel is spacious, rooms are nice but not luxurious. however, the staff and facilities make up for any loss in style. I will definitely stay here again when I am passing thru. if you have dogs this is the best place to stay.

My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon. On Oct 22, at 8am, the two staff members at the front desk allowed me to check on early since I still had a million things to complete for my wedding and the best part of our stay was; when we arrived in the evening, the staff had left us a card, candy and drinks and wished us a happy marriage. That was so touching. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend special

Excellent location in the middle of downtown and walking distance to great dining and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to go.

The bathroom was fine, but could’ve benefited from some TLC. The sink was cracked and both the sink and tub had slow drains.

The hotel is perfectly located and super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room had a beautiful view of downtown and woke up to an amazing sunrise. I even found a great park with walking paths close to the hotel.

The parking garage is a bit tight with it’s sharp turn which took a little getting used to. But it’s safe and well lit.

We loved everything about this property…except that the pool was closed. We came with two families of kids, and all were very disappointed that the pool was closed.

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean.
