Far exceeded expectations. I chose it because it’s so close to campus, under 10 minutes drive. Didn’t expect it to be nice, just convenient to get back and forth. The microwave & mini fridge were pretty new, the space felt larger than average, nothing was grimy, there were no unpleasant smells. Everything worked. Location is fantastic- you’re 4 minutes from everything you need. This is where we will stay every year when we come to town.

They run out of breakfast and don’t replenish, not even yogurt. It’s no big deal.

The carpet in the hallway was filthy and smelled was nauseous. It doesn't just need cleaning it needs to be taken up and replaced with new flooring. This really brought down the quality of my stay, especially since there was a large area right outside my room where it was apparent someone had vomited.

The breakfast offering was great! Several warm options, fresh fruit and several to-go items - muffins, granola bars, etc. Items were restocked throughout the morning and readily available even close to closing time. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The treadmill didn't work very well in the fitness room but there was other equipment in the room so I was still able to exercise effectively.

I loved my 3 night stay with my family,We traveled from Puerto Rico, the room , location was excellent, the hotel very nice and beautiful our room was very clean and room service was given everyday .I would definitely return to stay at La Quinta in Champaign, close to Malls, we loved our Stay at this hotel, Highly recommend

Went to Champaign to participate in the Christie Clinic Marathon weekend. The location of La Quinta Inn was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were truly responsive to our needs of a slightly later checkout. There appeared to be a great breakfast set up, though we missed it due to the race. The room was clean and two good size beds. Highly recommend this location for others who just need a place to lay their head. :) There is a fridge in the room and a single serve coffee pot.

The only thing I didn't really care for was the bathroom facilities. Very small and crammed. I am happy I am not a big person ... would have been difficult to get around.

Very helpful front desk, hot water, clean towels,and bed sheets. Clean and fresh room without any smoky or other smell. Good house keeping service. AC and heater

Break fast time could be longer. Same menu all days. Not being able to cross the road to get food.

The location was good. The staff was very friendly and available for questions.

We stayed at the LaQuinta in Springfield that was newer and much nicer. This one was much older and needs an update. The electrical outlets were questionable and a couple in my room didn't work. The interior doors and hardware needed to be replaced. Our High School Wrestling was staying there while participating in the State Wrestling Tournament, all of the local hotels were booked or we would probably would have stayed elsewhere. Very nice people but the facility needs an upgrade.

we stay there often because my daughter lives there. It is convenient to her home and room itself is always clean.

We paid $60 more than we usually pay. The front desk could not tell us why. we may have to find a new place to stay. the hot breakfast is terrible...we never eat it, but great coffee! 1

Staff was very friendly. Check-in went quickly. Would stay here again. Decent breakfast.

Beds were rather close to the floor. But then maybe that was because we were in a handicapped room.

Close to our event. Shopping centers and resturants@@ Tv easy to figure out Micro and fridge helpful.
