The staff are beyond amazing. Usman is very kind to inform us very helpful shopping tips in the US. Haha. Our rooms were upgraded and they let us checked-in early. Beds are suprisingly comfortable with clean sheets and blankets. Room was spacious enough to accomodate four of us. Location was amazing with Jewel Osco and Marshalls nearby. Metra station is within 20mins walking.
The wifi! I kept losing the connection and the signal was very weak. It is also not a secured connection. I would give a 9 score if only the wifi were better than what I've had.

We wanted an inexpensive, comfortable, no frills, but clean room, and that's exactly what we got. It was very clean, liked the fridge, and good water pressure in the shower..Would definitely stay here again.
There were only blackout curtains, no sheer/privacy curtains.

The AC unit was a bit loud. It would be phenomenal if the hotel installed screen windows to enjoy fresh air without worrying about bugs.

Neat, clean and tidy room and carpark area. Some shopping facilities are nearby and the Max and Benny's diner is particularly good.
Fridge in the room would have been nice and there is some noise from the adjacent highway.

Actually, the ppl at the front desk were super nice and honest! We forgot valuable things in the hotel room and drove away for 3 hours... on calling them back and explaining things they were extremely helpful in giving our stuff to a pickup...appreciate the honesty of the whole staff ... they were very professional..

Was here a breakfast? Didn't see anything that looked like a breakfast was offered, but did see a coffee station when we checked in.
The bath towels were very thin and worn. They should be replaced.

Staff has been very friendly and courteous.
Room (122) really needs a deep clean. I spilled a little water on the floor and used a paper towel (that I provided personally) to wipe it up. Floor was clearly dirtier than it appeared.

Coffeemaker in the room. Face towels were clean but in used for to long time. Should be replaced for new.
