Breakfast was bad. Everything was soggy from sitting in the chafing dishes. The sausage looked like it had been steamed. The bacon was soggy, not very well done. The hash browns were soggy, too. I worked in food service for almost 20 years and I would never had served a breakfast like this.

I had the wings for dinner on Friday and they weren't done. Several of them were bloody by the bone. They should be temped, then visually checked for dineness.

This place was so quiet. My family and I didn’t hear another soul once inside our room. The bed was so perfectly comfy & firm. My only discomfort was the pillow. I’d suggest providing a firmer option for guests that prefer one.

Ruth’s Chris closed entirely too early!!! Website states 11pm, they were closed at 9pm . Big disappointment for my family.

This is my second stay as I enjoyed the first! The hotel has been refurbished since my last visit and is even nicer! The location is good good for me as I visit the Orchid Show in the Chicago Botanical Garden. The room is warm, clean and comfortable.

At night times the room is a little dark ... can make items hard to find!

The hotel location and the lobby bar/breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable.

The whole hotel color scheme is very, very dark. Black walls, dark carpet in halls, dark brown floors in bedroom...you couldnt tell if it was 12noon or 12midnight when in your room. Just a noticable design feature that stood out to me. Also, we had to have maintenance up twice to fix hot water in shower....in two different rooms. Old bones hotel with only a decor relaunch perhaps.

The room was very clean and had many little extras that made it even more special. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Cleaning lady on the 5th floor was very kind and helpful. Freddy at front desk was excellent! I loved the coffee/tea box, coffee maker, hairdryer, beautiful shower and extra sprayer, . Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Planet Fitness.

Nothing. No complaints.

Great location, very comfortable bed/pillows, excellent customer service. Very friendly environment. I highly recommend this place for your next stay.

Only thing I did not like was the toilet. The toilet toooooo short. I recommend them to get “standard” toilet. At least in room 311. But that's the only thing.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The decor was nice and rooms were set up nicely.

Had problems finding my reservation. They Never did find it. (Done through booking.com) The gentleman working the desk quoted me a price of $109 based on what I was going to pay through booking.com. After I left and got notification of the hotel charges, they charged me $159. The room had a very very noisy heater as well. It would kick it and you couldnt hear the TV or each other.

The restaurant, Chris & Ruth was awful. It was so hot, we couldn't enjoy our celebration. I ended up taking my meal Togo. Everyone else either order very less. Just made the best of a bad situation. We did complain about the air. The response was we had to work in these conditions as well. But when we were leaving I guess certain areas in the restaurant was cooler.

modern and sleek decor bed was very comfortable

the walls were very thin and offered very little noise control. we could hear the tv, conversations, and music blasting in the early morning hours as well as at night. it might have been bad luck with who was staying adjacent to our room but the noise was annoying at times
