i have never been to a hotel that has been so clean, from the moment you walk in and to your room it was pretty astonishing. the staff members were all very nice and welcoming. The hotel probably had one of the best and cleanest continental breakfast I’ve ever had as well. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to others.

The only downfall was the bed was not the most comfortable for my husband and I; however, my daughter never had one complaint about the pull out sofa and usually she does.

The patience your staff had with everyone that was in the front desk. Very helpful and understanding. They also answered every question I had. Love it.

I didn’t like the fact that I requested a 2 queen bed for both of my rooms and I got a king bed and sofa bed for both of my rooms and no one said anything or why. But at that point there was no point to argue. I kept the rooms and my parents her happy with theirs.

we asked for housekeeping 2 days in a row, it wasnt done. the first time we asked for clean towels and trash removed not done, have to ask again to be done. second time we asked for housekeeping we came back at midnight still not done . mind you we stayed there for 4 nights!

It was actually my birthday weekend. When I arrived in my room the first thing I noticed was my name on the television screen. I thought that was so amazing. This location was very clean and sanitized. The staff was amazing. Wonderful people to converse with. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I really wanted to swim. A heated pool would have been perfect.

Everything About The Property Was Amazing! First Time Staying At Home2Suites. Always Seen Them Around But Never Stayed In One Till This Pass Weekend. We came from Wisconsin for a Dance Competition. Excellent Customer Service! Don’t Remember The 2 ladies that checked me in Friday Night (2/11/22) at around 7 I believe it was. But one the ladies was new and then the other was a manager I believe. But BOTH have amazing customer service. Thanks Home2Suites for an awesome Stay.

very nice rooms and facilities are excellent

the staff was not very attentive I stayed for 4 days and not once did anyone come to empty the garbage or replace towels or anything other then that everyone was pretty nice and helpfulll

This is a great hotel for the price. It is attractive and very well thought out. The Home2 brand is one we will look for when traveling in the future. One example of what we liked was how the furniture was multipurpose. Coffee tables could be hidden away or used in multiple locations. There was a sort of desk area with a table that pulled out on wheels to act as a dining table. They have a curtain that pulls out to divide the room as desired. The rooms are spacious in an efficient way. The kitchenette is well equipped for its size and very functional. All of the staff we meet over our 5 day stay was very friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure our stay was everything we expected and that we had everything we needed. We will be returning to this area in the future and we will definitely stay here again.

As with so many hotels now, the breakfast was all packaged and some of it had to be heated in the room. This is not really their fault though, just covid. Considering that, it is actually one of the better "covid" breakfasts compared to other hotels we have recently stayed at.

The suite was a good size to accommodate in room dining! We had our Goldendoodle with us and she had plenty of room to stretch out!

The noise from the room next door at 5 Am was louder than I would have expected. The occupants were not making excessive noise, but the TV and bathroom noise came through the walls enough to wake us up. Also, I believe the pet fee ($100) was excessive. I can understand having a modest fee and perhaps even a deposit in the event of room damage; however, the cost for a pet was equivalent to an additional night’s stay. Most places we have stayed charge $20-30.

The cleanliness and the room were great! The staff were attentive and the breakfast was a plus!

The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was nearly brand new and had a very safe, homey feel. I really loved this hotel. Definitely would stay again.
