We loved the pool and hot tub! The breakfast in the morning was a nice perk. It was in a perfect location. Only 5 minutes from The Magic House. Lots of shopping and restaurants and close to all that St. Louis had to offer! We enjoyed the zoo and the City Museum during our stay.

The room was in pretty good shape, but there was hair left in the shower. The room definitely had some wear and tear, but the beds were comfortable, and it had everything you would need. After quiet hours, there was some running going on on the floor above, but it didn't last long.

We normally love LaQuinta's and will seek them out as we've always had great experiences, and this was no different. The hotel was clean, the staff we're all exceptionally polite and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was not over crowded and we had it mostly to ourselves, and was very well maintained. The location is wonderful, only about 15 minutes from downtown STL and super close to the sculpture park and plenty of great restaurants and bars. The bed was comfy and we especially enjoyed that the shower had doors instead of a curtain. The lighting in the bathroom around the mirror was super great since that's usually where hotels seem to lack lighting. Definitely recommend!

Some of the towels were rough and left lint on everything, but some of them were super soft and plush so I guess it's just the luck of the draw. But that's literally the only negative.

Appearance wise the place looks beautiful

That there was only one washcloth in my room for a room of three people when we went to go sit in your spa Jacuzzi it was not working and when we took a shower water leaked all into the middle of the room outside the bathroom.

I requested on my reservation either main floor or handicapped room (my husband has copd and has trouble breathing). The registration person said she didn't have a handicapped available. That was fine I understand that. we arrived at 5:30 and there was no room ready for us. I made the reservation at 10:30 that morning. When we finally got a room it was on the third floor. No problem there was an elevator. Once we got to third floor however we found that our room was as far as possible down the hallway. That hallway was a good 400 feet long, my husband was totally out of breath and exhausted by the time we got to the room. This is not acceptable.

The location was absolutely amazing. It was right next to highway 44. Everything we wanted to do was only about twenty minutes away. The lady that checked us in was really nice and the guy on second shift was also nice! The room was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was also really quite. We didn’t have any issues with noisy neighbors.

The only thing I can this of is that the breakfast only had chicken. no bacon or sausage but there was a Dennys practically in the parking lot. Definitely not a reason not to stay.

Room was nice and on first floor for letting our dog out

Bed was not good mattress needed to be replaced soft and rolled to middle. No towels in bathroom had to request them. My husband was already in the shower and had to use a hand towel to dry off until towels came.😡 Also please choose La Quinta because they are dog friendly and always have a area for your pet to relieve themselves and there was nothing just a few grassy spots around the property.

Loved how the staff was understanding and helpful, very organized, and straight to the point. There was a common area with complimentary water and coffee, which is great as I was never thirsty. Spacious rooms and very clean. Loved the pool area and gym as well. Nearby a lot of different places, drove around to get to places, unsure if there was public transportation.

One instance there were bugs in the common water dispenser, looked like fruit flies. Only happened once but it was mostly always clean though.

My boyfriend and I went for a weekend gateway. We loved it! The hotel was clean, easy check in process, and the staff was nice. The pool area was clean and stocked with plenty of pool towels.

The breakfast hours are really early. They are from 6-9 which is convenient for morning people but we were trying to relax and get extra sleep so we missed the breakfast hours both of our days there. If it had been open until about 10:00-10:30 that would’ve been more convenient.

Loved the Jacuzzi and pool, the fact that the employees didn't bother you was an absolute bonus!

The free breakfast - we thought that they didn't offer even though it was advertised but what we didn't know or find out until the LAST DAY of our vacation was that the free breakfast is practically "hidden" in the alcove and unless you ask you'll not see it.
